Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种石膏板干燥排汽填料塔热回收系统,包括干燥机(1)、热风炉(2)和填料塔(3),所述干燥机(1)通过循环风机(4)一路与热风炉(2)的换热器a(21)连接,另一路与干燥机(1)的换热器b(11)连接,所述换热器b(11)通过排湿风机(5)与填料塔(3)连接。本实用新型通过简单的结构将石膏板干燥机产生的排湿蒸汽进行回用,一路用于干燥机热风炉换热器,避免冷风换热造成的热能损失,另一路通过干燥机换热器将热量回用于干燥机,换热后的排湿空气再进入填料塔冷凝进入热水塔,用于生活辅助用水,使干燥机产生的排湿空气得到了充分的回用,减少了热能的浪费,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石膏板生产线余热回收设备,具体的说是一种石膏板干燥排汽填料塔热回收系统。 
背景技术
  石膏板干燥过程中,生产线排放大量蒸汽,直接排放到大气形成大量热能浪费。石膏板生产干燥后排放大量的蒸汽余热资源,温度150℃左右,干燥机每小时排放量为蒸发水量为2.3-2.7kg/m2,年产3000万平方的石膏板干燥机,每小时废汽外排常压90-150℃的蒸汽10-12吨,余热排放量非常大。 
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种石膏板干燥排汽填料塔热回收系统,将干燥机的排湿空气分几路回用于生产及生活用水,明显减少了热能的浪费。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是: 
一种石膏板干燥排汽填料塔热回收系统,包括干燥机、热风炉和填料塔,所述干燥机通过循环风机一路与热风炉的换热器a连接,另一路与干燥机1的换热器b连接,所述换热器b通过排湿风机与填料塔连接。
本实用新型通过简单的结构将石膏板干燥机产生的排湿蒸汽进行回用,一路用于干燥机热风炉换热器,降低冷风换热造成的热能损失,另一路通过干燥机换热器将热量回用于干燥机,换热后的排湿空气再进入填料塔冷凝进入热水塔,用于生活辅助用水,使干燥机产生的排湿空气得到了充分的回用,减少了热能的浪费,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述: 
如图1所示,该石膏板干燥排汽填料塔热回收系统,包括干燥机1、热风炉2和填料塔3,所述干燥机1通过循环风机4一路与热风炉2的换热器a21连接,另一路与干燥机1的换热器b11连接,所述换热器b11通过排湿风机5与填料塔3连接。
石膏板干燥机产生的排湿蒸汽,在循环风机4作用下实现分成两路,一路进入热风炉2的换热器a21,作为换热器a21加热空气热源;另一路进入干燥机1的换热器b11,作为换热器b11加热空气源,实现热交换后的热空气作为石膏板干燥机1预热风。 
另外经过换热器b11后的排湿空气,含有大量水分进入排汽填料塔3进行冷凝回收,实现将蒸汽转换为热水进行回收,回收后的热水进行生产辅助用水。
