    本实型用新型涉及一种道岔装置，特别涉及一种矿山井下机车运输钢轨轨道分叉线路变道装置。 
背景技术
在矿山井下巷道运输矿石中，大部分采用的是电机车轨道运输方式。而传统的轨道变道装置，如附图1所示，由基本轨1，两根尖轨2、道岔3、护轮轨4组成，当车辆需要变道时操控转辙机械使得靠近轨道的一根尖轨密贴一根基本轨，而另一根尖轨则离开另一根基本轨，这样就可达到变道作用。该传统的变道装置结构复杂，加工难度大、成本高、安装工作量大，维修费用高。当在穿脉巷道与沿脉巷道交叉处，机车通过不频繁处的地方进行变道时使用这种变道装置时会造成较大人力、物力的浪费。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种简易道岔装置，主要用于井下穿脉巷道与沿脉巷道交叉处，机车通过不频繁处的井下电机车轨道变道，此装置的特点是简单实用、安装方便、快捷，制作成本低。 
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下： 
一种简易道岔装置，其特征在于，包括道叶轨一根，道岔一个，所述道叶轨的一端可转动式地固定在道岔上，另一端为自由活动端，所述道叶轨与道岔固定的地方为转动副结构。
进一步地，所述转动副结构通过销轴连接转动。 
本发明的优点是结构简单、安装方便、手动分离迅速、成本低、加工简单、实用。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。如附图2、3所述，一种简易道岔装置，主要用于井下穿脉巷道与沿脉巷道交叉处，机车通过不频繁处的井下电机车轨道变道，包括道叶轨11一根，道岔12一个，销轴14一个、所述道叶轨11为可转动式，道叶轨11一端为自由活动端，另一端则固定在道岔12上，道叶轨11与道岔12的固定的地方为转动副I结构，转动副结构中的一对转动副通过销轴14连接转动。道叶轨11通过转动副结构可在水平方向内的两根基本轨13之间来回转动。变道使用时将道叶轨11从基本轨13的其中的一根转动至紧贴另一根则可实现轨道线路变换。

1.一种简易道岔装置，其特征在于，包括道叶轨一根，道岔一个，所述道叶轨的一端可转动式地固定在道岔上，另一端为自由活动端，所述道叶轨与道岔固定的地方为转动副结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易道岔装置，其特征在于，所述转动副结构通过销轴连接转动。
