背景技术
参见图1，现有的圆锥破碎机，当机器正常运作中是，通过油站供给的冷却润滑油3进入躯体2后，直接从躯体2的6个漏油孔1漏给下面传动部分的大，小齿轮进行冷却和润滑，采用传统躯体6个漏油孔1漏油，躯体上不能储存冷却油，导致躯体衬套7、偏心轴衬套5和偏心轴6不能被冷却润滑油3侵泡住，冷却润滑效果大大降低，由于躯体衬套7和偏心轴衬套5两个零件是易损件，冷却润滑效果降低将使该零件的磨损速度加快，缩短了该零件的使用寿命。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种具有冷却润滑效果大大提高，延长了躯体衬套和偏心轴衬套和偏心轴的使用寿命特点的的破碎机控油装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种破碎机控油装置，包括躯体，在躯体内6个漏油孔上焊接有6根套管，在6根套管中位于侧面的两根套管上钻有两个小孔，在套管的上端设有冷却润滑系统。

参见图2，一种破碎机控油装置，包括躯体22，在躯体22内6个漏油孔上焊接有6根高度高于偏心轴26的套管21，在6根套管21中位于侧面的两根套管21上钻有两个小孔，在套管21的上端设有冷却润滑系统23。
当设备运行时，冷却润滑系统23供油后，躯体22内腔可以存储一定高度的油量，使得油面刚好侵泡住躯体衬套27和偏心轴衬套25，达到一个良好的润滑冷却的效果，在该6根套管21中，有两根侧面处是钻了2个小孔，设备停机或维修时，该小孔可以将躯体22内腔存储的油慢慢漏光，使得维修时，躯体22内腔处于空腔状态，方便维修，在设备工作时，该小孔可以让躯体22内腔的冷却润滑油，在一个循环流动状态，使得躯体22存油处是“活”油存储状态。
