Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种生物解剖型聚醚醚酮腰椎间融合器,材料为聚醚醚酮,表面有一层重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2,即rhBMP-2覆盖,增加与椎体终板融合的概率。融合器上下面与椎体终板的穹窿形状相匹配,上下接触面近似弧形,表面呈倒刺锯齿状,与椎体终板充分接触,增加接触面积,减少应力从而减少融合器陷入椎体。中间空置部分植入自体骨或人工骨使之与上下接触的椎体终板融合。融合器内部有不透X线光的金属标记针可起到精确定位的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物解剖型聚醚醚酮腰椎间融合器。
背景技术
椎间融合器广泛用于腰椎椎体间融合,其主要是由金属,聚醚醚酮或可吸收材料等制成。腰椎间融合器是通过将椎体撑开来恢复腰椎的生理曲度和高度,由于椎间融合器与椎体的接触面有限,应力集中,易破坏上下椎体终板,导致融合器陷入椎体。椎间融合器也容易发生与椎体延迟融合或不融合。因此需要一种椎间融合器,既能在解剖结构上充分与椎体终板接触减少应力遮挡,又能解决延缓或不融合的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型内容目的在于设计一种能在解剖结构上与椎体终板的穹窿形状相适应的聚醚醚酮椎间融合器,减少接触应力,避免椎体塌陷,融合器陷入椎体。融合器表面增加一层生物因子重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2,即rhBMP-2,增加融合的概率。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本体部上下面中心凸出,四边向下呈弧形;表面为倒刺锯齿状;上下面贯穿镂空,呈椭圆中空结构,以便植入自体松质骨或人工骨。
本体左右面一致,呈平面椭圆型;对穿镂空两个圆形小孔,以便植入自体松质骨或人工骨。
本体前面中心凸出,四边向下呈弹头状;内植不透X线光的钛金属标记针。
本体后面中心凸出,四边向下呈弹头状;中心位置预留螺丝孔,以便植入或取出。
本体整体部分表面渡有生物因子重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2,即rhBMP-2。

具体实施方式
手术可为开放手术,也可在椎间盘镜下植入生物解剖型聚醚醚酮腰椎间融合 器。
椭圆形镂空槽和圆形镂空槽内放入自体松质骨或人工骨。
咬除髓核处理终板软骨后,用配套螺丝杆连接植入空植入生物解剖型聚醚醚酮腰椎间融合器到椎间隙。
C臂X光机透视下以不透X线的金属钛针为参考确认融合器的位置。
融合器的上下面与椎体终板的穹窿形状相匹配,上下接触面近似弧形,表面呈倒刺锯齿状,与椎体终板充分接触,增加接触面积,减少应力从而减少融合器陷入椎体。中间空置部分植入自体骨或人工骨使之与上下接触的椎体终板融合。
