[0015] 首先将铁矿石球磨成为细颗粒,铁矿石颗粒与水搅拌成为料浆,料浆沿两进料斜面注入到进料斗内,通过喷水管水流冲刷,料浆与磁选辊表面接触,铁粉颗粒被磁选辊的磁性吸附,而矿渣则随着水流经由矿渣浆出料斗和矿渣浆放料口排出;而被磁选辊吸附的铁粉则附着在磁选辊表面,当到达没有电流接入的磁选辊区段时,该部分磁选辊失磁,铁粉颗粒受重力作用下落到铁粉集料斗内,定期排放。
[0016] 磁选辊所设的电磁线圈间隔通电,实现了充磁和卸磁的过程,产生连续区段充、卸磁,因此才能够实现铁粉的选矿并使铁和矿渣分离。

1.电磁磁选机,其特征是:在具有矿渣浆放料口(5.1)的矿渣浆出料斗(5)和铁粉集料斗(6)的上部之内通过磁选棍轴(3.1)相对安装有两个磁选棍(3),磁选棍外层设置有电磁线圈,在电磁线圈端部接触滑动连接有滑动电源触头(4 ),在两磁选辊上部设置有进料斗(I ),进料斗两侧分别设置有进料斜面(1.1 ),在进料斗上部装有喷水管(2)。
