Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机场摆渡车辆生产的辅助设备领域，具体地说是一种加工机场摆渡车轮轴承室的固定工装。     
背景技术
机场摆渡车轮轴承室侧面的六个沉孔和两个丝孔，加工要求保证丝孔和沉孔的位置精确，传统的方法都是先将轴承室热处理后,再将轴承室放在机床上加工沉孔。而现在生产技术要求热处理硬度大幅提高（由原来的HRC36-38、42CrMo提高到HRC46-48、42CrMo）,经热处理后的高硬度轴承室，再直接利用机床加工，很难保证每个沉孔的精确位置，废品率极高，且刀具也容易折损。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决车轮轴承室热处理后，沉孔加工困难和位置精确度差的问题，设计一种加工车轮轴承室沉孔专用的工装。 
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种机场摆渡车轮轴承室固定架，其特殊之处是，在平板底座上留有与轴承室内孔口径相吻合的凸台，凸台的一侧装有定位立杆，定位立杆的上端装有横向的连接板，连接板上装有竖向的定位螺栓。 
使用时，将轴承室的内孔套在底座凸台的外围，将连接板上的定位螺栓拧入轴承室的螺纹孔内，再将轴承室、底座一起固定在机床上，即可对沉孔加工。 
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案，可以实现一种结构简单，使用方便，并能有效的保证螺纹孔和六个沉孔精确位置的工装。将轴承室上的螺纹孔在热处理前加工好，热处理后再利用本实用新型装夹，通过螺纹孔定位，压紧轴承室使其稳固便于操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实例，对本实用新型进一步说明。 
如图所示，在平板底座1上留有与轴承室6内孔口径相吻合的凸台2，凸台2的一侧装有定位立杆5，定位立杆5的上端装有横向的连接板4，连接板4上装有竖向的定位螺栓3。 
使用时，将轴承室6的内孔套在底座凸台2的外围，将连接板4上的定位螺栓3拧入轴承室6的螺纹孔7内，再将轴承室6、底座1一起固定在机床上，即可对沉孔8加工。
