    本实用新型涉及一种专用于减速机箱体伞齿安装距检测的检测构件。
背景技术
在各种类型的减速机产品中,很多减速机是采用齿轮减速传动的,其中不乏大量应用伞齿轮,伞齿轮配对使用,配对的伞齿轮在安装时需要保证准确的安装距,但是由于减速箱箱体需要在相互垂直的两个方向加工伞齿安装孔,另外由于定位轴承不可避免存在误差,所以伞齿安装时在伞齿和轴承中间一定要放置垫片来调整安装距,而垫片厚度的参数选择是通过测量计算还要若干次试装后才能取得,显得十分不便,也使减速机的装配工作变得繁重。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种专用于减速机箱体伞齿安装距的检测,提高装配便捷性的减速机箱体伞齿安装距检测构件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
减速机箱体伞齿安装距检测构件,其特征在于:包括减速机箱体、轴承、试块和试棒,减速机箱体安装上下配对伞齿的两个安装孔分别为上安装孔和下安装孔,上安装孔横向设置,下安装孔竖向设置,所述轴承在下安装孔内安装到位,轴承的上端面为下伞齿安装时的轴向位置定位面,所述试块具有上下测量平面,所述试棒为圆柱棒体;在对伞齿安装距进行检测时,试块放到轴承上,试棒穿过上安装孔由上安装孔的孔壁对试棒两端形成水平支承,试块的下测量平面与轴承的上端面水平接触,试块的上测量平面与试棒的最低点之间留有测量间隙,该测量间隙与下伞齿安装时在下伞齿和轴承中间所放置的垫片厚度相当。
上述技术方案的减速机箱体伞齿安装距检测构件,在对伞齿安装距进行检测时,只要通过塞规测出试块的上测量平面与试棒的最低点之间的测量间隙即可,该测量间隙即调节垫片的厚度参数,这样不仅选择垫片非常容易,而且伞齿可以一次安装到位,从而大大提高减速机装配的便捷性。

如图所示,本实用新型的减速机箱体伞齿安装距检测构件,包括减速机箱体1、轴承6、试块5和试棒3,减速机箱体1安装上下配对伞齿的两个安装孔分别为上安装孔2和下安装孔7,上安装孔2横向设置,下安装孔7竖向设置,所述轴承6在下安装孔7内安装到位,轴承6的上端面为下伞齿4安装时的轴向位置定位面,所述试块5具有上下测量平面,所述试棒3为圆柱棒体;在对伞齿安装距进行检测时,试块5放到轴承6上,试棒3穿过上安装孔2由上安装孔2的孔壁对试棒3两端形成水平支承,试块5的下测量平面与轴承6的上端面水平接触,试块5的上测量平面与试棒3的最低点之间留有测量间隙a,该测量间隙a与下伞齿4安装时在下伞齿4和轴承6中间所放置的垫片厚度尺寸b相当,测量间隙a可通过塞规进行测出。
