Abstract
The invention discloses a concentricity detection device of a screw rod, which comprises a core rod matched with an inner hexagonal hole in a shaft head of the screw rod and a cylindrical rod arranged in the core rod by plug-in connection, wherein the core rod is concentric with the cylindrical rod, the head part of the core rod is inserted into the inner hexagonal hole, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod exceeds the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole, the side surface of the core rod has a taper relative to the plane where the axial line of the core rod is located so as to transform the inner hexagonal hole in the shaft head of the screw rod to the core rod and the cylindrical rod, and the concentricity of the inner hexagonal hole relative to shaft shoulders is determined by detecting the run-out of the cylindrical rod relative to a bearing. Description
Description Screw concentricity detecting device Technical Field The invention relates to a concentricity detection device, in particular to the concentricity detection device of a screw rod. Background of the Invention As shown in Figures 4 and 5, for a plurality of screw rod type workpieces, an inner hexagonal hole 310 of a shaft head 31 of a screw rod 3 and shaft shoulders 32 of the screw rod 3 are technically required to ensure a certain concentricity, particularly, after a bearing is mounted on the shaft shoulders 32, the situation that the circle run-out of the inner hexagonal hole 310 relative to the shaft shoulders 32 is within an allowable range which is required technically needs to be ensured. As the center line of the inner hexagonal hole 310 is difficult to determine, the concentricity of the inner hexagonal hole 310 relative to the shaft shoulders 32 is difficult to determine and a plurality of auxiliary devices need to be used for detection. Summary of the Invention The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a concentricity detection device of a screw rod, which is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and can transform an inner hexagonal hole in a shaft head of the screw rod into a shaft, determine the concentricity of the inner hexagonal hole relative to shaft shoulders by detecting the run-out of the shaft relative to a bearing and be precise and reliable. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the concentricity detection device of the screw rod is characterized by comprising a core rod matched with the inner hexagonal hole in the shaft head of the screw rod and a cylindrical rod arranged in the core rod by plug-in connection, the core rod is concentric with the cylindrical rod, the head part of the core rod is inserted into the inner hexagonal hole, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod exceeds the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole, and the side surface of the core rod has a taper relative to the plane where the axial line of the core rod is located. Further, the taper is 5 degrees. Further, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod is 0.1mm larger than the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole. Further, the core rod is in interference fit with the cylindrical rod. After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages: the inner hexagonal hole in the shaft head of the screw rod is transformed to the core rod 1 and the cylindrical rod, the concentricity of the inner hexagonal hole relative to the shaft shoulders is determined by detecting the run-out of the cylindrical rod relative to the bearing, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the detection is precise and reliable. Detailed Description of the Invention According to a schematic diagram of the structure of one embodiment of the invention as shown in Figures 1 to 3, a concentricity detection device of a screw rod comprises a core rod 1 matched with an inner hexagonal hole 310 in a shaft head 31 of the screw rod 3 and a cylindrical rod 2 arranged in the core rod 1 by plug-in connection, the core rod 1 is concentric with the cylindrical rod 2, the core rod 1 is in interference fit with the cylindrical rod 2, the head part of the core rod 1 is inserted into the inner hexagonal hole 310, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod 1 exceeds the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole 310, the side surface of the core rod 1 has a taper relative to the plane where the axial line of the core rod 1 is located and the taper is 5 degrees preferably. During the actual application, a bearing 4 is mounted on two shaft shoulders 32 of the screw rod 1, the screw rod 1 is positioned on a V-shaped block through the bearing 4, the V-shaped block is fixed on a horizontal plate, a dial indicator is arranged on the horizontal plate corresponding to the tail part of the cylindrical rod, and the dial indicator is used for detecting the run-out at the tail part of the cylindrical rod. In the embodiment, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod is 0.1mm larger than the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole. The inner hexagonal hole in the shaft head of the screw rod is transformed to the core rod and the cylindrical rod, the concentricity of the inner hexagonal hole relative to the shaft shoulders is determined by detecting the run-out of the cylindrical rod relative to the bearing, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the detection is precise and reliable. 2
Claims (4)
1. A concentricity detection device of a screw rod, characterized by comprising a core rod (1) matched with an inner hexagonal hole (310) in a shaft head (31) of the screw rod and a cylindrical rod (2) arranged in the core rod by plug-in connection, the core rod is concentric with the cylindrical rod, the head part of the core rod is inserted into the inner hexagonal hole, the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod exceeds the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole, and the side surface of the core rod has a taper relative to the plane where the axial line of the core rod is located.
2. The concentricity detection device of the screw rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the taper is 5 degrees.

The concentricity detection device of the screw rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section at the tail part of the core rod is 0.1mm larger than the distance between the opposite sides of the cross section of the inner hexagonal hole.
4. The concentricity detection device of the screw rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the core rod is in interference fit with the cylindrical rod. 3
