本实用新型提供一种胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置，由除尘器、卸料集尘罩和胶带集尘罩构成，卸料集尘罩固定扣罩于胶带输送部的犁式卸料器和左右卸料溜槽上端口的上方，胶带集尘罩与卸料集尘罩的胶带引入口相连通，构成密闭除尘空间，所述的除尘器为滤筒除尘器，除尘箱体内的滤筒安装隔板上排列布置有若干滤筒。本实用新型完善了配仓胶带输送机除尘设置，具有除尘结构简单、效果优良和除尘工作稳定的技术效果。

本实用新型涉及的是胶带传送机，尤其涉及的是胶带传送机犁式卸料器的除尘配置机构。
背景技术
胶带输送部配置犁式卸料器，广泛应用于钢铁、电力、冶金、矿山、化工等散装颗粒或粉状物料配仓，将胶带的散料分左右两路向下部料仓落料卸装。但卸料时产生的扬尘较为强烈，工作空间粉尘污染严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种为抑制犁式卸料器卸料扬尘的胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置。本实用新型提供的胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置技术方案，其主要技术内容是：一种胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置，由除尘器、卸料集尘罩和胶带集尘罩构成，卸料集尘罩固定扣罩于胶带输送部的犁式卸料器和左右卸料溜槽上端口的上方，胶带集尘罩与卸料集尘罩的胶带引入口相连通，胶带集尘罩的胶带引入口和卸料集尘罩的犁式卸料器推杆穿设口处固定设有密封软帘，所述的除尘器为滤筒除尘器，除尘箱体内的滤筒安装隔板上排列布置有若干滤筒，除尘风机通入除尘箱体中滤筒安装隔板上方空间，其除尘箱体设置于卸料集尘罩上部、与卸料集尘罩相通。
本实用新型公开的胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置技术方案，完善了配仓胶带输送机除尘设置，收服犁式卸料点卸料工作扬尘的技术目的，具有除尘结构简单、效果优良和除尘工作稳定的技术效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开的胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置，固定安装设置在胶带输送部4的犁式卸料器卸料设置位，由除尘器6、卸料集尘罩1和胶带集尘罩2构成，其中的卸料集尘罩2是上方为梯形的箱体结构，其下端口与犁式卸料器左右卸料溜槽3端口外缘侧固定法兰连接，固定扣罩在犁式卸料器所在的胶带输送部4上方，胶带集尘罩2作为卸料集尘罩1前部探出扣罩于胶带输送部4的密封扣罩，与卸料集尘罩1相连通，胶带集尘罩2前部的胶带引入口和卸料集尘罩1后部的犁式卸料器推杆8穿设口处均固定悬挂设有密封软帘5、7。所述的除尘器6为滤筒除尘器，如图3所示，除尘箱体61内的滤筒安装隔板63上设置有若干滤筒62，除尘风机64与滤筒安装隔板上方除尘器箱体61空间相通，其除尘箱体61设置于卸料集尘罩1上部、与卸料集尘罩1相通。所述的滤筒62为内衬架支撑的由滤布往复折曲的纵向皱摺围成的圆筒，其滤尘效果优良，使用寿命长。卸料点扬尘被卸料集尘罩1、胶带集尘罩2和密封软帘5、7封闭，使扬尘气流只能被除尘风机64带动迫使向上流动，经滤筒实施气流粉尘净化。

1.一种胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置，其特征在于由除尘器（6）、卸料集尘罩（1）和胶带集尘罩（2）构成，卸料集尘罩（1）固定扣罩于胶带输送部（4）的犁式卸料器和左右卸料溜槽（3）上端口的上方，胶带集尘罩（2）作为卸料集尘罩前部探出扣罩于胶带的密封扣罩通连卸料集尘罩（1），胶带集尘罩（2）的胶带引入口和卸料集尘罩（1）的犁式卸料器推杆穿设口处固定设有密封软帘（5、7），所述的除尘器为滤筒除尘器，除尘箱体内的滤筒安装隔板上排列布置有若干滤筒，除尘风机通入除尘箱体中滤筒安装隔板上方空间，其除尘箱体设置于卸料集尘罩上部、与卸料集尘罩相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带输送犁式卸料器除尘装置，其特征在于滤筒（62）为内衬架支撑的由滤布往复折曲的纵向皱摺围成的圆筒。
