Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种气动启动装置,尤其是一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置。这种辅助气动启动装置包括底盘车、车厢及发电机组,发电机组连接有辅助气动启动装置,该辅助气动启动装置包括发动机打气泵、空气过滤器、储气罐、释放阀门、气动启动马达及若干输气管件组成,气动启动马达连接在发电机组上。电源车辅助气动启动装置是依靠底盘车发动机动力,通过打气泵来提供气动启动装置的气压强度,从而实现柴油机组的启动,电源车辅助气动启动装置的性能不受任何环境条件的影响,包括酷热及严寒环境。能在电力设施损坏后,无法提供电力电源的状态下,正常启动发电机组。充分利用了电源车原有的资源。无疑给电源车的使用提供更有效的服务保障。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气动启动装置,尤其是一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置。
背景技术
目前的应急电源车发电机组的启动方式受条件的限制,平常使用电动马达启动方式,电动马达启动的动力来自蓄电池。当应急电源车常时间停放不用时,发电机组配备的蓄电池会产生一定的馈电,导致蓄电池储能容量下降。在需要展开救援工作时,会造成应急电源车发电机组无法正常的启动,尤其在北方寒冷的气候时,更是直接影响到蓄电池的储能容量降低。另外一种启动方式是通过外接市电电源220V或380V,利用充压电机带动空压机气泵及气动马达启动发电机组,此方法既耗能,又要增加一台空压机,给空压机携带带来非常大的不便。当应急电源车在救援现场电力设施被灾害损毁时,无法确保应急电源车发电机组的正常启动,不能在第一时间发挥应急作用。所以目前移动应急电源车发电机组存在无法正常启动的隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是提供可靠性强的一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置。
这种电源车用辅助气动启动装置,包括底盘车、车厢及发电机组,发电机组上安装有辅助气动启动装置,该辅助气动启动装置,包括发动机打气泵、空气过滤器、储气罐、释放阀门、气动启动马达及若干输气管件,气动启动马达连接在发电机组上。空气过滤器和储气罐安装在车厢下,发动机打气泵由输气管件与空气过滤器相连,储气罐由输气管件连接在空气过滤器与释放阀门之间,释放阀门由输气管件连接在储气罐和气动启动马达之间。
这种电源车用辅助气动启动装置是依靠底盘车发动机动力,通过发动机打气泵来提供气动启动装置的气压强度,从而实现柴油发电机组的启动,这种应急电源车用辅助气动启动装置的性能不受任何环境条件的影响,包括酷热及严寒环境,能在电力设施损坏后,无法提供电力电源的状态下,正常启动发电机组。充分利用了应急电源车上原有的资源。

如图1、图2所示,其中1为底盘车、2为车厢、3发动机打气泵、4为空气过滤器、5为储气罐、6为释放阀门、7为气动启动马达、8为发电机组、9为输气管件。
具体实施方式
本实用新型一种电源车用辅助气动启动装置,包括底盘车1、车厢2、发电机组8,气动启动马达7连接在发电机组8上。空气过滤器4和储气罐5安装在移动应急电源车的车厢2下,应急电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置通过共用应急电源车底盘发动机带动底盘车发动机打气泵3将空气通过输气管件9通过空气过滤器4过滤后,将一定压力的空气储存在储气罐5中,当储气罐5的空气压力达到设定压力后通过卸压阀把超过储能设定压力的空气压力卸压出去,保持储气罐5的安全压力,在应急电源车发电机组8需要起动时,用脚采下释放阀门6,这样,储存在储气罐5一定压力的空气通过释放阀门6进入气动启动马达7,气动马达小齿轮产生较大的旋转扭矩驱动发电机组飞轮起动发电机组,从而实现柴油发电机组8的正常发电。
Claims (5)
1.一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置,包括底盘车、车厢及发电机组,其特征在于:所述的发电机组上安装有辅助气动启动装置,所述的辅助气动启动装置,包括发动机打气泵、空气过滤器、储气罐、释放阀门、气动启动马达及若干输气管件,所述的气动启动马达连接在发电机组上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置,其特征在于:所述的发动机打气泵由输气管件与空气过滤器相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置,其特征在于:所述的储气罐由输气管件连接在空气过滤器与释放阀门之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置,其特征在于:所述的释放阀门由输气管件连接在储气罐和气动启动马达之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源车用发电机组辅助气动启动装置,其特征在于:所述的空气过滤器和储气罐安装在车厢下。
