本实用新型公开了一种轧机万向球头机构,包括球头螺杆、联接头和连接螺母,球头螺杆上位于球头部与螺杆部间的颈部位置固定连接有六角螺母,联接头头部攻有外螺纹,尾部开有插孔,螺母顶面的内孔口端倒角,球头部的前端与联接头的半球形内孔滑动配合,连接螺母自球头螺杆的螺杆部穿入,并与连接头的头部螺纹旋接,本机构可实现对卡座总成安装角度的调整,方便对卡座进行拆装,并有效的增大了机构承受意外造成的瞬间卸载的承受力,从而保持卡座总成的稳固性,较好的保护轧辊不受碰撞而损坏。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料生产设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种轧机万向球头机构。 
背景技术
目前,国内绝大部分生产厂家设计的轧机上用于轧辊卡座总成均采用顶杆、卡座总成、拉簧钩来实现卡座总成的稳固性,此结构的不足之处主要在于拉簧,当钢筋输送过程中突然出现断裂后,由于拉簧的弹性形变的原因,使卡座总成上的轧辊在拉簧弹性形变范围内瞬间撞击,极容易造成轧辊因撞击形变而报废损坏,使生产中存在不安全因素,直接影响生产的时效与连续运行能力。 
实用新型内容
为了克服上述所存在的技术缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可有效保持卡座总成稳固性的,避免轧辊发生瞬间失控碰撞的轧机万向球头机构。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 
本实用新型为一种轧机万向球头机构,包括球头螺杆、联接头和连接螺母,所述球头螺杆上位于球头部与螺杆部间的颈部位置固定连接有六角螺母,所述联接头头部攻有外螺纹,尾部开有插孔,其连接孔为半球形内孔,所述连接螺母内孔成球面状,其位于螺母顶面的内孔口端倒角,本机构中球头部的前端与联接头的半球形内孔滑动配合,连接螺母自球头螺杆的螺杆部穿入,并与连接头的头部螺纹旋接,使其球面内孔与球头部的后端滑动配合,通过摆动螺杆部能使球头部在联接头与连接螺母连接而组成的球状内空中转动。本装置一方面采用球形连接结构便于多卡座总成进行任意角度的调整以满足生产的需要,另一方面通过增大机构关节位置的球头的接触面积,提高卡座总成整体抗拉能力,保证设备运行安全,避免意外碰撞损坏设备重要部件。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通用轧机采用本连接结构,可将卡座总成与本机构连接成稳固的整体,由于本机构的关节在于连接机构采用球面滑动配合的连接方式,可对卡座总成进行角度调试,而且球形面接触有效的增大了机构对瞬间卸载的承受力,从而保持卡座总成的稳固性,即时在钢筋运行中突然断裂也能保证卡座位置不发生移动,从而较好的保护轧辊不受碰撞而损坏。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细的说明。 
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。 
如图1至图7中所示,本实用新型为一种轧机万向球头机构,包括球头螺杆1、联接头2和连接螺母3,球头螺杆1上位于球头部1-1与螺杆部1-2间的颈部位置固定连接有六角螺母1-3,在联接头2头部攻有外螺纹,尾部开有插孔5,其头部的连接孔6为半球形内孔,而连接螺母3的内孔11成球面状,其位于螺母顶面的内孔11的开口端倒角。装配的时候将连接螺母3穿到球头螺杆1的螺杆部1-2上,先将螺杆部1-2与轧机的机体7螺纹连接,通过扭动六角螺母1-3便于将螺杆部1-2尾段与机体7进一步固紧,再将联接头2头部的半球形连接孔6与球头部1-1的前端球形部进行装配,然后将穿在球头螺杆1的螺杆部1-2上的连接螺母3推动至球头部1-1的后端,并与联接头2头部螺纹连接,通过旋紧连接螺母3将球头螺杆1的球头部1-1卡紧在联接头2与连接螺母3连接而组成的球状内孔,最后再将联接头2带有插孔5的尾端插入卡座8的头部卡槽内,并由联轴销9锁定,使卡座8、球头螺杆1、联接头2以及轧机的机体7有机的连接为整体,通过松动连接螺母3可对卡座8及其前端连接的轧辊总成10进行角度调试,由于螺母顶面的内孔开口端倒角,可卡座总成较大范围的角度调整,满足各种生产需求的同时更便于对卡座总成的拆卸或更换,调试好卡座总成再固紧连接螺母3保持其稳固状态,即时钢筋运行中突然断裂也能保持卡座总成位置不便,从而避免了轧辊在钢筋断裂后瞬间撞击的风险,减少不必要的设备损耗,同时极大的降低轧辊调试和拆装难度。

1.一种轧机万向球头机构,其特征在于:包括球头螺杆(1)、联接头(2)和连接螺母(3),所述球头螺杆(1)上位于球头部(1-1)与螺杆部(1-2)间的颈部位置固定连接有六角螺母(1-3),所述联接头(2)头部攻有外螺纹,尾部开有插孔(5),其连接孔(6)为半球形内孔,所述连接螺母(3)内孔成球面状,其位于螺母顶面的内孔口端倒角,本机构中球头部(1-1)的前端与联接头(2)的半球形内孔滑动配合,连接螺母(3)自球头螺杆(1)的螺杆部(1-2)穿入,并与联接头(2)的头部螺纹旋接,使其球面内孔与球头部(1-1)的后端滑动配合,通过摆动螺杆部(1-2)能使球头部(1-1)在联接头(2)与连接螺母(3)连接而组成的球状内空中转动。
