Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种螺旋输送机，包括机筒和电机，电机通过减速机与螺旋输送机主轴连接，主轴上连接螺旋叶，主轴的中部通过支撑轴承与机筒连接，机筒上方设有加料口，加料口连接手柄蝶阀，下方设有出料口，电机的控制回路中连接变频器，变频器与DCS控制系统连接。本实用新型通过安装变频器，可调整旋转的速度，通过连接DCS中控系统，在DCS电脑上就能够轻松通过变频调整旋转速度来控制流量，方便操作。

本实用新型涉及一种螺旋输送机，具体涉及一种EPS生产过程中可控制物料输送流量的螺旋输送机。
背景技术
螺旋输送机是一种不带扰性牵引构件的连续输送设备，它利用螺旋叶将被输送的物料沿固定的机筒为轨道表面推移进行输送工作，类似螺母沿丝杆做平移运动。现有技术中螺旋输送机速度恒定，在输送量大是来不及输送，造成物料堵塞。输送量不足时空转，浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种旋转速度可调的螺旋输送机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
螺旋输送机，包括机筒和电机，电机通过减速机与螺旋输送机主轴连接，主轴上连接螺旋叶，主轴的中部通过支撑轴承与机筒连接，机筒上方设有加料口，加料口连接手柄蝶阀，下方设有出料口，电机的控制回路中连接变频器，变频器与DCS控制系统连接。
上述的螺旋输送机，在机筒的底部设有热冷进口和热冷出口。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型结构简单、工作可靠、制造成本低，便于中间装料和卸料；通过电机正反转可以改变输送方向，通过螺旋叶片变化，两边采用相反方向的螺旋叶可同时向相反两个方向输送；输送过程中可以对物料进行搅拌、混合、加热和冷却等作业；通过装卸手柄蝶阀可调节物料流量，通过安装变频器，可调整旋转的速度；通过连接DCS中控系统，在DCS电脑上就能够轻松通过变频调整旋转速度来控制流量，方便操作。

如图1所示，螺旋输送机，包括机筒1和电机5，电机5通过减速机4与螺旋输送机主轴连接，主轴上连接螺旋叶2，其特征在于：主轴的中部通过支撑轴承6与机筒1连接，机筒1上方中部设有加料口3，加料口3连接手柄蝶阀10，下方两侧分别设有出料口7，电机的控制回路中连接变频器11，变频器11与DCS控制系统12连接，在机筒1的底部设有热冷进口8和热冷出口9。

1.螺旋输送机，包括机筒（1）和电机（5），电机（5）通过减速机（4）与螺旋输送机主轴连接，主轴上连接螺旋叶（2），其特征在于：主轴的中部通过支撑轴承（6）与机筒（1）连接，机筒（1）上方设有加料口（3），加料口（3）连接手柄蝶阀（10），下方设有出料口（7），电机的控制回路中连接变频器（11），变频器（11）与DCS控制系统（12）连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺旋输送机，其特征在于：在机筒（1）的底部设有热冷进口（8）和热冷出口（9）。
