Abstract

双球嵌滑轴式离合器是在现有球嵌滑轴式离合器的基础上,增加钢球、花键套和导向垫,以增大传递扭矩的作用力半径,使双球嵌滑轴式离合器能传递更大的扭矩,从而把现有球嵌滑轴式离合器的使用范围由3-5马力手扶拖拉机扩大到5-12马力手扶拖拉机、小四轮和机耕船上。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种球嵌滑轴式离合器,主要用于5——12马力级小型拖拉机上,作为转向离合器和动力输出离合器。
现有球嵌滑轴式离合器,由于它通过钢球传递的扭矩,受限于驱动件的外径和钢球,滑轴的材料的接触疲劳极限。故目前仅在国内外3——5马力级手扶拖拉机和小底盘上作转向离合器及动力输出离合器。
本实用新型的目的是,为了使球嵌滑轴式离合器能传递更大的扭矩,而设计的一种双球嵌滑轴式离合器。
如附图所示,本实用新型由驱动件、被驱动件、回位弹簧、钢球和滑轴组成;其特征是驱动件与被驱动件之间装有一花键套,驱动件与花键套通过花键联接。驱动件和花键套上均匀的开有n个同轴的径向球孔,每个孔的上部和下部各装有一个钢球,两钢球之间装有导向垫,导向垫上开有两个相对锥孔,被驱动件的内孔壁上开有与球孔相应的周向弧型槽。导向垫还应处于驱动件与花键套的花键结合处。
按上述方法制成的双球嵌滑轴式离合器,作用力的半径比现有的球嵌滑轴式离合器的作用力的半径增大了,从而可传递更大的扭矩。其传递扭矩增大的倍数取决于RF2和RF1的比例,调整花键套,导向垫、滑轴和钢球的尺寸,便可得到所需的倍数。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详述。
本实用新型由驱动件(1)、被驱动件(2)、回位弹簧(3)、钢球(4)和滑轴(5)组成。驱动件与被驱动件之间装有一花键套(7)。驱动件与花键套通过花键联接,驱动件和花键套上均匀的开有n个同轴的径向球孔,每个孔的上部和下部各装有一个钢球(4),两钢球之间装有导向垫(6),导向垫上开有两个相对锥孔,被驱动件的内孔壁上开有与球孔相应的周向孤型槽。
驱动件通过花键将扭矩传给花键套,花键套通过钢球嵌入被驱动件内孔壁上的周向孤型槽内,将扭矩传给被驱动件。离合器结合与分离时,两个钢球分别在驱动件和花键套中的孔中滑动。为保证此两孔和两个钢球的同轴度,使钢球不被卡死而设计的导向垫,不仅置于两个钢球之间;还应处于驱动件和花键套的花键结合处,导向垫上的两个相对锥孔是为了保证钢球的同轴度而设计的。

Claims (2)

1、一种球嵌滑轴式离合器,由驱动件(1)、被驱动件(2)、回位弹簧(3)、钢球(4)和滑轴(5)组成,其特征在于驱动件与被驱动件之间装有一花键套(7),驱动件与花键套通过花键联接,驱动件和花键套上均匀的开有n个同轴的径向球孔,每个孔的上部和下部各装有一个钢球(4),两钢球之间装有导向垫(6),导向垫上开有两个相对锥孔,被驱动件的内孔壁上开有与球孔相应的周向孤型槽。
2、根据权利要求1所说的离合器,其特征在于导向垫处于驱动件与花键套的花键结合处。
