本实用新型涉及一种微风层炉,包括炉体,位于所述炉体的内部装置保温棉,互为平行布置的上热源及下热源贯穿所述保温棉并装置于所述炉体的内部,位于所述下热源的上部,在所述炉体内还装置烤盘平台,在炉体的顶部间隔装置多个电机,电机的输出端贯穿保温棉并连接风扇叶片。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,通过在炉顶装置多个风机,利用风机工作吹动炉腔内的空气,实现了对炉腔内空气的对流传热,加快炉体内部热量的对流速度,有效的缩短了食品的烘烤时间,并节约了能源。

本实用新型涉及食品加工设备,尤其涉及一种微风层炉。
背景技术
     目前,传统的层炉均是通过炉体内部上下热源发热,当热源与周围空气存在温度差异而使空气流动时,空气与热源之间通过自然对流传热,使热空气以自然对流的传热方式烘培食品,这种自然对流的传热方式传递热量较慢,烘烤食品时间较长,浪费时间与能源。
实用新型内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种微风层炉,有效的缩短了食品的烘培时间,大大节约了能源。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
一种微风层炉,包括炉体,位于所述炉体的内部装置保温棉,互为平行布置的上热源及下热源贯穿所述保温棉并装置于所述炉体的内部,位于所述下热源的上部,在所述炉体内还装置烤盘平台,在炉体的顶部间隔装置多个电机,电机的输出端贯穿保温棉并连接风扇叶片。
其进一步技术方案在于:
上热源及下热源均为电热丝。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,通过在炉顶装置多个风机,利用风机工作吹动炉腔内的空气,实现了对炉腔内空气的对流传热,加快炉体内部热量的对流速度,有效的缩短了食品的烘烤时间,并节约了能源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括炉体1,位于炉体1的内部装置保温棉2,互为平行布置的上热源5及下热源9贯穿所述保温棉2并装置于炉体1的内部,上热源5及下热源9均为电热丝。位于所述下热源9的上部,在炉体1内还装置烤盘平台8,在炉体1的顶部间隔装置多个电机3,各电机3的输出端贯穿保温棉2并连接风扇叶片4。
本实用新型的具体工作过程如下:
如图1所示,打开炉门(图中未示出)将带有食品6的烤盘7放入烤盘平台8上,关闭炉门后,炉体1内部的上热源5及下热源9开始工作,此时各电机3工作,电机3的输出端驱动风扇叶片4转动,电机3的转速通过变频器控制,由此调节风扇叶片4的转速,风扇叶片4在旋转过程中产生微风,威风将上热源5产生的热量强行吹散(如图1中箭头所示),使热量均匀分布于炉内,并与待烘烤的食品6的上表面进行强制热对流,从而加快了炉内热量的热对流速度,有效缩短了食品的烘烤时间,大大节约了能源。而下热源9产生的热量通过自然热对流与热传导来烘烤食品6的底部。

1.一种微风层炉,包括炉体(1),位于所述炉体(1)的内部装置保温棉(2),互为平行布置的上热源(5)及下热源(9)贯穿所述保温棉(2)并装置于所述炉体(1)的内部,位于所述下热源(9)的上部,在所述炉体内还装置烤盘平台(8),其特征在于:在所述炉体(1)的顶部间隔装置多个电机(3),所述电机(3)的输出端贯穿保温棉(2)并连接风扇叶片(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微风层炉,其特征在于:所述上热源(5)及下热源(9)均为电热丝。
