背景技术
现有技术中的T系列脱水斗式提升机,其料斗的直线提升是依靠斗链与方轮(四方或五方)的啮合传动实现的,即斗链的链板与方轮(四方或五方)的周边贴紧啮合,利用方轮的(四个或五个)角驱动斗链运行。经生产应用证明:这种传动机构虽然能满足生产正常使用,但是,由于斗链链板与方轮(四方或五方)的边长在工作时必须留出充分啮合间隙,而且方轮(四方或五方)在制造时不能保证各边的长度精确一致,必然造成斗链板与方轮啮合传动时会产生滞后转动方向的较大间隙,致使斗提机运行时会发生不正常周期性的错位冲击震动和噪声,尤其在斗链的销轴、孔磨损后使节距增大时,这种错位冲击震动与噪声更为频繁和严重,从而加速斗链销轴、孔的磨损甚至会造成销轴断裂,降低斗提升机的可靠性和使用寿命。 
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种脱水斗式提升机斗链传动机构,该斗链传动机构使斗链与链轮啮合传动平稳、无错位冲击震动和噪声,减轻斗链销轴、孔的损坏,提高斗提机的可靠性和使用寿命。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种脱水斗式提升机斗链传动机构,包括链轮、外套筒、衬套、销轴、链板、导轨、支承料斗,其特征在于:所述链轮的齿形为圆滑连续曲面,齿沟半径与外套筒的半径相对应; 所述衬套镶嵌在外套筒内孔,衬套与销轴设置为转动配合,所述外套筒既与链轮啮合,又作为滚轮在导轨上滚动支承料斗。 
本实用新型的优点效果是:该脱水斗式提升机斗链传动机构,斗链和链轮在制造过程中能保证节距精确一致,斗链与链轮啮合传动时,斗链的外套筒是沿着链轮圆滑连续齿面切向滚动进入啮合,不会产生错位冲击震动和噪声,可减轻斗链销轴、孔的磨损及防止销轴的断裂,提高斗提机的可靠性和使用寿命。同时镶嵌有衬套的外套筒还兼作支撑料斗的滚轮使用,可使斗链结构紧凑、减轻提升力、维修方便。
