技术领域
本实用新型属于机械加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种高精度温控挤塑成型一体机。
背景技术
挤塑成型又称挤出成型,是热塑性塑料成型的重要方法之一,操作方法为在挤塑机中对材料进行加热、加压,使之成为熔融流动状态,然后从口模将其连续挤出而成型,此法可制取管、筒、棒、膜、片、异型材、电线;吹塑成型用型坯、单丝、纤维、造粒用条料、布、纸等被覆和贴合用塑料片材等塑料制品。目前的挤塑成型机结构例如中国专利201120070987.6公开了一种型材挤塑成型机,包括机架、挤压腔体、成型龙口、进料口、进料口插板、抽气机构和推进活塞,其特征在于:挤压腔体设有活动的挤压腔插板,该挤压腔插板横向设置于挤压腔体中并可抽动,使得挤压腔体两端的成型龙口与推进活塞之间处于被阻断或相联通的状态。这种挤塑成型机结构老化,精度要求不能保证,效率低下,无法满足现代化工业成产制造的需要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种结构合理、生产制造效率高的高精度温控挤塑成型一体机,包括底座,其特征在于:还包括依次连接的注射油缸、计量装置、电动机、减速箱、电加热装置,所述减速箱和电加热装置之间设置有料斗,所述电加热装置外面设置有加热器,内部设置有螺杆,所述电加热装置连接有U型套筒,所述U形套筒依次连接有成型模具、移动模板、拉杆,所述成型模具、移动模板、拉杆设置在所述电加热装置的下方,所述拉杆依次连接有合模机构、冷却仓、脱模机构,所述冷却仓的水平位置低于合模机构、所述脱模机构的水平位置低于所述冷却仓,所述合模机构连接有合模油缸,所述脱模机构设置在底座上,其内部设置有固定模板,所述底座上还设置电器控制箱、烘干箱,所述底座内设置有振荡筛,所述振荡筛设置在烘干箱的底部。
还包括传送带,所述传送带通过向下倾斜的挡板和烘干箱连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1将传统的卧式结构改为立式结构,可以节省大面积的空间,方便企业生产管理。
2将加热器设置在电加热装置外面,可以方便对加热器的控制,而且一旦发生损坏,也便于维修。
3使用U型套筒可以避免介质在流通过程中的损耗,也便于设备的定期清洁。
4计量装置的设置可以精确测量加入的物料,从而在源头控制成产成本。
5合模机构、冷却仓、脱模机构依次从上向下排列,可以充分发挥立式设备的优势,使介质在重力的作用下进行运动,降低了对电能的消耗,节约了能源。
6整体结构设置合理,运行时间端,提高了生产效率,利于大范围推广使用。
7设备精度要求符合标准,产品质量高,生产过程中异常损耗小,是现有产品的更新换代产品。

本实施例包括底座21,还包括依次连接的注射油缸1、计量装置2、电动机3、减速箱4、电加热装置8,减速箱4和电加热装置8之间设置有料斗5,电加热装置8外面设置有加热器7,内部设置有螺杆6,电加热装置8连接有U型套筒9,U形套筒9依次连接有成型模具10、移动模板11、拉杆12,成型模具10、移动模板11、拉杆12设置在电加热装置8的下方,拉杆12依次连接有合模机构13、冷却仓15、脱模机构18,冷却仓15的水平位置低于合模机构13、脱模机构18的水平位置低于冷却仓15,合模机构13连接有合模油缸14,脱模机构18设置在底座21上,其内部设置有固定模板17,底座21上还设置电器控制箱16、烘干箱19,底座21内设置有振荡筛20,振荡筛20设置在烘干箱19的底部,还包括传送带22,传送带22通过向下倾斜的挡板23和烘干箱19连接。
利用本实用新型所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本实用新型技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种高精度温控挤塑成型一体机,包括底座,其特征在于:还包括依次连接的注射油缸、计量装置、电动机、减速箱、电加热装置,所述减速箱和电加热装置之间设置有料斗,所述电加热装置外面设置有加热器,内部设置有螺杆,所述电加热装置连接有U型套筒,所述U形套筒依次连接有成型模具、移动模板、拉杆,所述成型模具、移动模板、拉杆设置在所述电加热装置的下方,所述拉杆依次连接有合模机构、冷却仓、脱模机构,所述冷却仓的水平位置低于合模机构、所述脱模机构的水平位置低于所述冷却仓,所述合模机构连接有合模油缸,所述脱模机构设置在底座上,其内部设置有固定模板,所述底座上还设置电器控制箱、烘干箱,所述底座内设置有振荡筛,所述振荡筛设置在烘干箱的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控挤塑成型一体机,其特征在于:所述传送带通过向下倾斜的挡板和烘干箱连接。
