[0004] 本实用新型主要由车床刀台组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是车床刀台上增加直角刀杆架,呈阶梯状,直角刀杆架上设置孔槽,车外圆刀杆和车端面刀杆置于孔槽内,车外圆刀杆为阶梯状结构,使两刀杆的加工位置在同一水平线上,车外圆刀杆和车端面刀杆的尾部均设置阶梯孔,导向销和调节螺栓置于阶梯孔内,进行轴向和径向的刀具微调,调节螺栓置于支架内,将直角刀杆架和支架固定在车床刀台上,就组成了联动轴承切削刀架。

1.一种联动轴承切削刀架,主要由车床刀台组成,其特征是车床刀台上增加直角刀杆架,直角刀杆架上设置孔槽,车外圆刀杆和车端面刀杆置于孔槽内;车外圆刀杆和车端面刀杆的尾部均设置阶梯孔,导向销和调节螺栓置于阶梯孔内,调节螺栓置于支架内,直角刀杆架和支架固定在车床刀台上,就组成了联动轴承切削刀架。
