背景技术
目前市面上的米机所采用的横梁支撑座都是由两个半圆组合拼接安装的,这种横梁支撑座安装麻烦,很容易出现尺寸误差,使其与横梁、米筛、米刀等配合零件出现间隙,从而导致加工时碎米率增加,还会出现米机在运转途中爆筛频次过高现象,严重影响了正常的生产。 
发明内容
为了有效达到降低碎米率、避免破筛的目的。本实用新型采用整体式设计,使其与横梁、米筛、米刀等零件配合误差大大减小。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种砂辊碾米机的横梁支撑座,其整体呈圆环状,一侧内圈设有安装沉台,在同一直径线上下对称铣沿轴向有横梁安装槽,安装槽中心处沿径向设有横梁压板孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用整体形式设计,有效解决了与米机横梁、米筛、米刀等零件配合的误差,提高了生产效率,降低碎米率及能耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型横梁支撑座1整体呈圆环状,一侧内圈设有安装沉台,在同一直径线上下对称沿轴向铣有横梁安装槽,安装槽中心处沿径向设有横梁压板孔2。横梁支撑座1通过沉台同心安装在米机3上,横梁安装在横梁支撑座1的正上方和正下方的横梁安装槽内,再由横梁压板压住紧固。
