目前，由于工作磨损大，摩擦轮是打包机的易损工作件，在进行摩擦轮轴承检修的过程中，需要频繁的拆卸摩擦轮的轴承箱，但是由于现在的摩擦轮轴承箱的端挡盖与轴承箱箱体只采用几个螺栓连接，由于螺栓为点连接方式，导致摩擦轮转动中造成轴承箱箱体与端挡盖损坏，造成轴承箱箱体卡死在机体里，导致打包机停机。
因此，打包机摩擦轮需要一种结构简单、牢固、安全可靠的轴承箱来定位。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种打包机用摩擦轮轴承箱，该装置结构简单、设计合理、安全可靠，有效的提高了设备使用率，进而提高了生产率，减少了维修资金。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种打包机用摩擦轮轴承箱，包括箱体、端挡盖、挡环，所述的箱体中安装有用于支承摩擦轮的轴承，轴承端面对应的箱体分别设有端挡盖和挡环，所述的端挡盖和挡环均采用螺纹与箱体连接。
