本实用新型公开了一种按压式的安全采血针,包括外壳、弹簧部件和针体;弹簧部件和针体分别插入外壳的两端,针体顶端的凸键嵌入弹簧部件尾端相适配的凹槽,将弹簧部件和针体连接为一体。有益效果是:由于上下双轨道滑槽设计,针体的运动轨迹平滑顺畅,稳定性增强,有助于将采血时的痛感将至最低;同时,使用时需用力下压,否则塑料弹簧与针体的组合部件不会进行弹射释放,有效防止了误碰所造成的误操作;该采血针部件少、成本低、结构简单、使用方便、外形美观、手感舒适,可广泛应用于医疗保健卫生行业。

Description

一种按压式的安全采血针
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用器具;特别是涉及一种可提供微量血液样本的无痛采血针。 
背景技术
安全采血针是采取末梢微量血液的医用采血器,是专门为在医疗卫生部门、糖尿病患者或其他使用者采取末梢微量血液样本的采血装置。 
目前医用市场上的采血针主要有两种,一种为触压式安全采血针,另一种为按压式安全采血针。触压式安全针的触发作动表面直接和采血部位相接触,通过按压安全采血针,使触发作动柱发生位移触发安全针内部弹射机构,使内部的采血针进行弹射取血,刺破皮肤后快速缩回,取血完成后,将安全采血针丢弃以防止交叉使用的隐患、满足一次性使用之目的;但该采血针部件较多,成本较高。按压式安全采血针与触压式安全采血针的主要区别为触发作动表面并不直接与采血部位皮肤相接触,触发作动表面直接接触使用者的手指;安全采血针的端面(非作动表面)与采血部位皮肤直接接触,通过按压安全采血针的触发作动柱,使触发作动柱发生位移触发安全针内部弹射机构,使内部的采血针进行弹射取血,刺破皮肤后快速缩回,取血完成后,将安全采血针丢弃以防止交叉使用的隐患、满足一次性使用之目的,按压式安全采血针,结构相对简单,但采血时痛感大,稳定性较差,生产成本高。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构稳定,成本低,痛感小的一次性使用安全采血针。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种按压式的安全采血针,包括,外壳、弹簧部件和针体;所述弹簧部件和针体分别插入外壳的两端,针体顶端的凸键嵌入弹簧部件尾端相适配的凹槽,将弹簧部件和针体连接为一体。 
所述外壳上端部的两侧分别形成有外导槽和内导槽,在两个内导槽之间形成有空腔;所述外壳的中部内侧形成有肩台;所述内导槽的内部形成有两个倾斜的卡块;所述外壳的下端内侧形成有导向定位柱。 
所述弹簧部件上端部内侧长度方向上的两外侧分别形成有外侧导轨和内侧导轨,在两内导槽之间一体形成有弹簧;所述外侧导轨插入外壳两侧的外导槽内,内侧导轨的端部形成有倒钩,插入外壳的内导槽内,并与内导槽的卡块相挂接;所述弹簧嵌入外壳两个内导槽之间的空腔。 
所述针体由预埋直针芯和塑料组成;针体两侧悬臂端部形成有挂接在外壳中部内侧肩台上的挂钩。 
所述弹簧部件的材料为塑料。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明: 
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型采血针,包括,外壳10、弹簧部件20和针体30;所述弹簧部件20和针体30分别插入外壳10的两端,针体30顶端的凸键31嵌入弹簧部件20尾端相适配的凹槽,将弹簧部件20和针体30连接为一体。所述外壳10的两翼结构借鉴了注射器的经典外形设计,更加符合医护人员的操作习惯,且使用简单方便,外壳10上端部的两侧分别形成有外导槽11和内导槽12,在两个内导槽之间形成有空腔;在所述外壳10的中部内侧形成有肩台15;所述内导槽12内形成有两个倾斜的卡块13;所述外壳10的下端内侧形成有导向定位柱14;所述弹簧部件20的材料为塑料,在上端部内侧长度方向上的两外侧分别形成有外侧导轨21和内侧导轨22,在两内导槽12之间一体形成有弹簧,弹簧置入外壳10两个内导槽之间的空腔;所述外侧导轨21插入外壳10两侧的外导槽11内,内侧导轨22的端部形成有倒钩,插入外壳的内导槽12内并与内导槽12的卡块13相挂接,固定塑料弹簧部件在外壳内部的初始弹射位置,使用后弹簧部件内侧导轨端部的倒钩挂接在下面的卡块上,形成自锁,防止再次使用;所述针体30由预埋直针芯和专用塑料组成,专用塑料即作为直针芯的载体同时又起到保护针尖的作用;针体30两侧悬臂端部形成有挂接在外壳10中部内侧肩台15上的挂钩32,直针芯的主体在导向定位柱14内滑动,保证采血针的结构稳定。
本实用新型的工作原理是:用力下压塑料弹簧部件的端部表面,塑料弹簧发生形变并使针体两侧的悬臂受压收缩,此时,针体两侧悬臂端部的挂钩与外壳内侧卡位松脱,塑料弹簧也受压至临界点继而弹射,塑料弹簧在弹射作用力下沿外壳内侧上下两滑槽内迅速弹射并迅速回弹;安全采血针弹射后,塑料弹簧及针体会自锁在壳体内的锁定位置,不能拔出,防止器具的再次使用。塑料弹簧必须用力下压,否则塑料弹簧与针体的组合部件不会进行弹射释放,有效防止了误碰所造成的误操作。 
本实用新型采血针由于针体在导向定位柱内滑动,稳定性增强;同时,使用时需用力下压,否则塑料弹簧与针体的组合部件不会进行弹射释放,结构设计合理,有效防止了误碰所造成的误操作;该采血针部件少,显著节约了组装及原材料的成本,采血针结构简单、使用方便、外形美观、手感舒适,有利于推动及普及安全采血针的广泛应用。 
值得指出的是,本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于上述具体实例方式,只要本领域普通技术人员无需经过创造性劳动,即可联想到的实施方式均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (5)

1.一种按压式的安全采血针,其特征在于,包括,外壳(10)、弹簧部件(20)和针体(30);所述弹簧部件(20)和针体(30)分别插入外壳(10)的两端,针体(30)顶端的凸键(31)嵌入弹簧部件(20)尾端相适配的凹槽,将弹簧部件(20)和针体(30)连接为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的按压式的安全采血针,其特征在于,所述外壳(10)上端部的两侧分别形成有外导槽(11)和内导槽(12),在两个内导槽之间形成有空腔;所述外壳(10)的中部内侧形成有肩台(15);所述内导槽(12)的内部形成有两个倾斜的卡块(13);所述外壳(10)的下端内侧形成有导向定位柱(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的按压式的安全采血针,其特征在于,所述弹簧部件(20)上端部内侧长度方向上的两外侧分别形成有外侧导轨(21)和内侧导轨(22),在两个内导槽(12)之间一体形成有弹簧;所述外侧导轨(21)插入外壳(10)两侧的外导槽(11)内,内侧导轨(22)的端部形成有倒钩,插入外壳的内导槽(12)内,并与内导槽(12)的卡块(13)相挂接;所述弹簧嵌入外壳(10)两个内导槽之间的空腔。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式的安全采血针,其特征在于,所述针体(30)由预埋直针芯和塑料组成;针体(30)两侧悬臂端部形成有挂接在外壳(10)中部内侧肩台(15)上的挂钩(32)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的按压式的安全采血针,其特征在于,所述弹簧部件(20)的材料为塑料。
