安全采血针是采取末梢微量血液的医用采血器,是专门为在医疗卫生部门、糖尿病患者或其他使用者采取末梢微量血液样本的采血装置。
目前医用市场上的采血针主要有两种,一种为触压式安全采血针,另一种为按压式安全采血针。触压式安全针的触发作动表面直接和采血部位相接触,通过按压安全采血针,使触发作动柱发生位移触发安全针内部弹射机构,使内部的采血针进行弹射取血,刺破皮肤后快速缩回,取血完成后,将安全采血针丢弃以防止交叉使用的隐患、满足一次性使用之目的;但该采血针部件较多,成本较高。按压式安全采血针与触压式安全采血针的主要区别为触发作动表面并不直接与采血部位皮肤相接触,触发作动表面直接接触使用者的手指;安全采血针的端面(非作动表面)与采血部位皮肤直接接触,通过按压安全采血针的触发作动柱,使触发作动柱发生位移触发安全针内部弹射机构,使内部的采血针进行弹射取血,刺破皮肤后快速缩回,取血完成后,将安全采血针丢弃以防止交叉使用的隐患、满足一次性使用之目的,按压式安全采血针,结构相对简单,但采血时痛感大,稳定性较差,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构稳定,成本低,痛感小的一次性使用安全采血针。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种按压式的安全采血针,包括,外壳、弹簧部件和针体;所述弹簧部件和针体分别插入外壳的两端,针体顶端的凸键嵌入弹簧部件尾端相适配的凹槽,将弹簧部件和针体连接为一体。
所述外壳上端部的两侧分别形成有外导槽和内导槽,在两个内导槽之间形成有空腔;所述外壳的中部内侧形成有肩台;所述内导槽的内部形成有两个倾斜的卡块;所述外壳的下端内侧形成有导向定位柱。
所述弹簧部件上端部内侧长度方向上的两外侧分别形成有外侧导轨和内侧导轨,在两内导槽之间一体形成有弹簧;所述外侧导轨插入外壳两侧的外导槽内,内侧导轨的端部形成有倒钩,插入外壳的内导槽内,并与内导槽的卡块相挂接;所述弹簧嵌入外壳两个内导槽之间的空腔。
所述针体由预埋直针芯和塑料组成;针体两侧悬臂端部形成有挂接在外壳中部内侧肩台上的挂钩。
所述弹簧部件的材料为塑料。

本发明的工作原理是:用力下压塑料弹簧部件的端部表面,塑料弹簧发生形变并使针体两侧的悬臂受压收缩,此时,针体两侧悬臂端部的挂钩与外壳内侧卡位松脱,塑料弹簧也受压至临界点继而弹射,塑料弹簧在弹射作用力下沿外壳内侧上下两滑槽内迅速弹射并迅速回弹;安全采血针弹射后,塑料弹簧及针体会自锁在壳体内的锁定位置,不能拔出,防止器具的再次使用。塑料弹簧必须用力下压,否则塑料弹簧与针体的组合部件不会进行弹射释放,有效防止了误碰所造成的误操作。
本发明采血针由于针体在导向定位柱内滑动,稳定性增强;同时,使用时需用力下压,否则塑料弹簧与针体的组合部件不会进行弹射释放,结构设计合理,有效防止了误碰所造成的误操作;该采血针部件少,显著节约了组装及原材料的成本,采血针结构简单、使用方便、外形美观、手感舒适,有利于推动及普及安全采血针的广泛应用。
