一种粮食干燥装置,包括进料斗、方形筒、出料斗,进料斗装在方形筒上方,出料斗设在方形筒下端,其特征在于,方形筒内交错设置平行的热风管层和排湿通风管层,热风管和排湿通风管均为椭圆形管,它们的侧面上都开有通孔,热风管一端封闭,另一端与方形筒外的热风源连通,排湿通风管两端开口与方形筒外界相通;方形筒下端的出料斗内设有螺旋搅龙。本实用新型的粮食干燥装置,通过采用平行的热风管和排湿通风管交错排列设置,热效率大大提高,能耗减小,烘干量与现有技术相比提高数倍。

本实用新型涉及一种粮食干燥装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的稻谷等粮食干燥装置机构造及工作原理都雷同,大都是负压吸风循环烘干法,生产量小,工作效率且能耗大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、能耗低、烘干量大的粮食干燥装置。 
本实用新型的粮食干燥装置,包括进料斗、方形筒、出料斗,进料斗装在方形筒上方,出料斗设在方形筒下端,其特征在于,方形筒内交错设置平行的热风管层和排湿通风管层,热风管和排湿通风管均为椭圆形管,它们的侧面上都开有通孔,热风管一端封闭,另一端与方形筒外的热风源连通,排湿通风管两端开口与方形筒外界相通;方形筒下端的出料斗内设有螺旋搅龙。
本实用新型的粮食干燥装置的工作原理是,粮食如稻谷,从进料斗出口进入方形烘干筒内,热风管从热风源通入热气,热气由通孔进入到方形筒中,对方形筒中的稻谷进行烘干,湿气从排湿通风管上的通孔进入排湿通风管,并排出方形筒。烘干后掉入底部出料斗的稻谷在螺旋搅龙的作用下排出。
本实用新型的粮食干燥装置,通过采用平行的热风管和排湿通风管交错排列设置,热效率大大提高,能耗减小,烘干量与现有技术相比提高数倍。

1.一种粮食干燥装置,包括进料斗(1)、方形筒(2)、出料斗(5),进料斗(1)装在方形筒(2)上方,出料斗(5)设在方形筒(2)下端,其特征在于:方形筒(2)内交错设置平行的热风管层和排湿通风管层,热风管(7)和排湿通风管(3)均为椭圆形管,它们的侧面上都开有通孔(6),热风管(7)一端封闭,另一端与方形筒(2)外的热风源连通,排湿通风管(3)两端开口与方形筒(2)外界相通;方形筒(2)下端的出料斗(5)内设有螺旋搅龙(4)。
