Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种回收蒸汽乏汽的设备系统。其包括稀硝酸热力除氧器，其特征是，稀硝酸热力除氧器的出汽口连接喷嘴，喷嘴的一侧连接高压水另一端连接水汽分离罐，水汽分离罐通过压力水泵连接稀硝酸热力除氧器。蒸汽和高压水在喷嘴内混合形成热水后进入水汽分离罐，有效吸收蒸汽热量，并通过压力水泵泵回稀硝酸热力除氧器进行二次利用。本实用新型有效利用蒸汽，不进行排空处理。不仅避免污染环境消除噪声污染，而且能够避免能源浪费，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

背景技术
在稀硝酸生产过程中，稀硝热力除氧器在通入蒸汽进行除氧后，有大量闪蒸汽排空，不仅浪费了能源而且对环境造成影响。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种回收蒸汽乏汽的设备系统。
本实用新型所提供的回收蒸汽乏汽的设备系统，包括稀硝酸热力除氧器，其特征是，稀硝酸热力除氧器的出汽口连接喷嘴，喷嘴的一侧连接高压水另一端连接水汽分离罐，水汽分离罐通过压力水泵连接稀硝酸热力除氧器。蒸汽和高压水在喷嘴内混合形成热水后进入水汽分离罐，有效吸收蒸汽热量，并通过压力水泵泵回稀硝酸热力除氧器进行二次利用。
所述的喷嘴为圆柱形其中部内凹，出汽口连接喷嘴的端部。喷嘴中部内凹其两端的直径大于中部的直径，在喷射高压水时喷嘴两端形成低压能够将蒸汽吸入更好的混合形成热水。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：有效利用蒸汽，不进行排空处理。不仅避免污染环境消除噪声污染，而且能够避免能源浪费，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

如图1所示回收蒸汽乏汽的设备系统，包括稀硝酸热力除氧器4，稀硝酸热力除氧器4的出汽口连接喷嘴1，喷嘴1的一侧连接高压水另一端连接水汽分离罐2，水汽分离罐2通过压力水泵3连接稀硝酸热力除氧器4。蒸汽和高压水在喷嘴1内混合形成热水后进入水汽分离罐，有效吸收蒸汽热量，并通过压力水泵泵回稀硝酸热力除氧器进行二次利用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的回收蒸汽乏汽的设备系统，其特征是，所述的喷嘴为圆柱形其中部内凹，出汽口连接喷嘴的端部。
