本实用新型公开了一种高效低温太阳能蒸发系统,其特征是它包括太阳能蒸发器(1),所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机(3)的进口相连,压缩机(3)的出口连接至换热器(5)的空气进口,所述换热器(5)的空气出口连接气液分离器(8)进口,气液分离器(8)的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的空气进口;所述换热器(5)的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的污水进口相连。本实用新型结构简单实用,成本低,将系统的低品质热量通过加压后其得到利用,能过少量电能的消耗提高了低温太阳能蒸发的效率。

本实用新型涉及一种污水处理系统,属于污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
现有低温太阳能蒸发系统主要是用太阳能蒸发器组成,其优点是设备简单实用,处理污水流程短,出水水质好,其缺点是效率比较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种提高太阳能蒸发器效率的系统及增大处理量能力的高效低温太阳能蒸发系统。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种高效低温太阳能蒸发系统,其特征是它包括有太阳能蒸发器,所述太阳能蒸发器的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机的进口相连,压缩机的出口连接至换热器的空气进口,所述换热器的空气出口连接气液分离器进口,气液分离器的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器的空气进口;所述换热器的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器的污水进口相连。
所述污水管与换热器污水进口之间设有污水预热器,换热器的污水出口还通过部分回流管线与污水预热器相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
结构简单实用,成本低,将系统的低品质热量通过加压后其得到利用,能过少量电能的消耗提高了低温太阳能蒸发的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明:
如附图1所示,本实用新型包括有太阳能蒸发器1,太阳能蒸发器1的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机3的进口相连,压缩机3的出口连接至换热器5的空气进口,换热器5的空气出口连接气液分离器8进口,气液分离器8的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器1的空气进口;所述换热器5的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器1的污水进口相连。本实用新型污水管与换热器5污水进口之间还可以设置污水预热器10,换热器5的污水出口还通过部分回流管线11与污水预热器10相连。
本实用新型运行时太阳能蒸发器1内的热空气通过管线2由压缩机3吸出进行压缩,热空气经压缩后的温度及压力同时升高,升高温度的空气能过换热器5与预热后的污水进行换热,此时空气温度将降低,降温后的空气通过管线6进入气液分离装置8,此时在气液分离器8进行气体减压及水气分离,从气液分离装置8出来的空气通过管线7进入太阳能蒸发器1,以上为空气的循环利用。污水是通过来水管线9进入污水预热器10内与换热器5换热后的污水进行预热,预热后的水进入换热器5,在换热器5中与压缩机3出来的热空气进行换热,换热后的污水一部分回污水预热器10,另一部分做为太阳能蒸发器1的进水,经太阳能蒸发后一部分水为冷凝液,另一部分是浓缩液分别进入不同的水箱。

1.一种高效低温太阳能蒸发系统,其特征是它包括有太阳能蒸发器(1),所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机(3)的进口相连,压缩机(3)的出口连接至换热器(5)的空气进口,所述换热器(5)的空气出口连接气液分离器(8)进口,气液分离器(8)的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的空气进口;所述换热器(5)的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的污水进口相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效低温太阳能蒸发系统,其特征是所述污水管与换热器(5)污水进口之间设有污水预热器(10),换热器(5)的污水出口还通过部分回流管线与污水预热器(10)相连。
