本实用新型的目的是提供一种圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承。根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承,包括外圈、内圈、多个滚子、保持架和调心球,保持架位于外圈和内圈之间,滚子设于保持架中,滚子是圆柱形滚子,内圈的内周面呈球面状,调心球设于内圈中,调心球上设有圆柱形通孔,调心球的球心与圆柱形通孔的轴线重合。
本实用新型中滚子是圆柱形滚子,圆柱形滚子旋转时周边的润滑油不易被甩出,确保滚子和外圈、内圈之间的摩擦阻力不受影响,延长滚子的磨损程度,延长轴承的使用寿命,同时调心球的圆柱形通孔中可以固定轴,转动调心球可以调整轴两轴承之间的不同心(轴线不平行)问题。
在一些实施方式中,保持架可以包括多个隔块和两个环形夹板,隔块和滚子设于两个环形夹板之间,隔块和滚子依次间隔排布呈圆形,与两个环形夹板同心,隔块的高度高于滚子的高度。由此,多个滚子可以在两个环形夹板和多个隔块组成的保持架中旋转。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细地说明。
图1至图6示意性地显示了本实用新型一种实施方式的圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承的结构。
如图1至图6所示,圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、保持架4和调心球5。此外,圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承还可以包括铆钉6。
如图2所示,外圈1是双挡边外圈。
如图2所示,内圈2是单挡边内圈。
滚子3是圆柱形滚子,圆柱形滚子旋转时周边的润滑油不易被甩出,确保滚子3和外圈1、内圈2之间的摩擦阻力不受影响,延长滚子3的磨损程度,延长轴承的使用寿命。
保持架4包括多个隔块41和两个环形夹板42(如图5和图6所示),隔块41的高度高于滚子3的高度(可以确保滚子3可以转动),隔块41和滚子3位于两个环形夹板42之间(如图6所示),隔块41和滚子3依次间隔排布呈圆形(如图4所示),排布成的圆形与两个环形夹板42同心(如图5所示)。
如图2、图3和图5所示,两个环形夹板42通过铆钉6固定在隔块41的两端。
每个滚子3可以在两个隔块41夹持的空间中转动。
保持架4位于外圈1和内圈2之间,保持架4中的滚子3分别与外圈1的内侧和内圈2的外侧线接触,即滚子3在外圈1和内圈2之间可以转动。
如图2所示,内圈2的内周面呈球面状,调心球5卡接在内圈2中,调心球5可以在内圈2中转动,调心球5上钻有圆柱形通孔51,调心球5的球心与圆柱形通孔51的轴线重合。圆柱形通孔51中可以固定轴,转动调心球5可以调整两轴承之间的不同心(轴线不平行)问题。
外圈1和内圈2在滚子3的作用下可以相对转动,圆柱形通孔51中可以固定轴,转动调心球5可以调整圆柱形通孔51中固定轴的角度,从而可以调整两轴承之间的不同心(轴线不平行)问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚子与调心球面复合轴承,其特征在于,所述保持架(4)包括多个隔块(41)和两个环形夹板(42),所述隔块(41)和滚子(3)设于两个所述环形夹板(42)之间,所述隔块(41)和滚子(3)依次间隔排布呈圆形,与两个所述环形夹板(42)同心,所述隔块(41)的高度高于滚子(3)的高度。
