技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料料条加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置。
背景技术
在塑料料条加工制造过程中,从挤出机挤出的塑料料条由于具有200℃以上高温,需要先经过料条冷却槽进行冷却后方可进入下一个加工工序,挤出机挤出的料条是连续不断的,因此进入冷却槽的料条也是连续不断,常规情况下,料条冷却槽采用一个固定的水池,加上一个进水管道和一个出水管道组成,进水管道源源不断的供给冷水,出水管道一直往外排泄热水,以维持槽内总水量和水温的平衡,但是当长时间一直冷却料条后,槽内水温度升高,最高可达100℃,经过冷却槽后的料条不能可靠冷却,影响后继加工处理,常规处理办法将进水管和出水管的直径加大,加快槽中冷热水的流量,确保槽内水温在30-50 ℃ ,但是这样存在的问题是对水资源造成浪费,而且成本升高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:提供一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置,以解决现有技术为了保持冷却槽内水温恒定在30-50 ℃,采用加大管径供放水存在的对水资源浪费,成本升高等问题。
实用新型技术方案:
一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置,它包括进水管、冷却槽和泄水管,在冷却槽内安装有水温检测元件,进水管上安装有第一流量控制阀,泄水管上安装有第二流量控制阀,水温检测元件的输出端与控制器输入端导线连接,控制器输出端与第一流量控制阀和第二流量控制阀输入控制端连接。
控制器为单片机或小型PLC控制器。
冷却槽内底部安装有至少一个搅拌器,搅拌器的高度为冷却槽槽高的三分之一至三分之二。
本实用新型有益效果:
本实用新型在进出水管上加流量控制阀,在冷却槽内设有温度检测元件,将槽内水温实时检测送至控制器,由控制器根据水温调节流量阀的大小,实现对槽内水温的恒定控制,当温度高时,增加冷水供给量,加快泄水流量,当槽内温度低时,减小冷水供给量,减小泄水流量;同时在槽底安装多个搅拌器,可以充分使槽中冷热水混合均匀,而且有利于迅速降温,本实用新型解决了现有技术为了保持冷却槽内水温恒定在30-50 ℃,采用加大管径供放水存在的对水资源浪费,成本升高等问题。

具体实施方式:
一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置(见图1),它包括进水管1、冷却槽2和泄水管3,在冷却槽2内安装有水温检测元件4,进水管1上安装有第一流量控制阀5,泄水管3上安装有第二流量控制阀6,水温检测元件4的输出端与控制器7输入端导线连接,控制器7输出端与第一流量控制阀5和第二流量控制阀6输入控制端连接;进水管1和泄水管3的流量直径需满足冷却槽一直工作时,冷热水的交换量能够将槽内温度控制在30-50℃范围内。
控制器7为单片机或小型PLC控制器,控制器7需要带有模拟量输出口,以满足对流量控制阀的控制。
冷却槽2内底部安装有至少一个搅拌器8,搅拌器8的高度为冷却槽2槽高的三分之一至三分之二,搅拌器8的数量优选为四个,均匀安装在冷却槽2槽内底部,搅拌器的高度不能高于槽高的三分之二,否则容易搅坏冷却料条,低于槽高三分之一不能充分搅拌均匀冷却槽内的冷热水。

1.一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置,它包括进水管(1)、冷却槽(2)和泄水管(3),其特征在于:在冷却槽(2)内安装有水温检测元件(4),进水管(1)上安装有第一流量控制阀(5),泄水管(3)上安装有第二流量控制阀(6),水温检测元件(4)的输出端与控制器(7)输入端导线连接,控制器(7)输出端与第一流量控制阀(5)和第二流量控制阀(6)输入控制端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置,其特征在于:控制器(7)为单片机或小型PLC控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种料条冷却槽供泄水装置,其特征在于:冷却槽(2)内底部还安装有至少一个搅拌器(8),搅拌器(8)的高度为冷却槽(2)槽高的三分之一至三分之二。
