发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种体积小、重量轻、除霜迅速、干净、彻底、使用方便的一款汽车除霜器。
采用的技术方案
一种汽车除霜器，包括壳体，壳体的后部固定有把手，把手内装设有电路板，壳体内装设有轻质铝合金框架，轻质铝合金框架的两侧分别通过螺丝固定有端盖，轻质铝合金框架内充填有绝缘质，绝缘质内埋设有加热电阻丝，电路板的电压输出端通过导线与绝缘质内埋设的加热电阻丝电连接，电路板的电源输入端通过导线与插在汽车点烟器的插头电连接。轻质铝合金框架的前端固定有吸水海绵和导热硅胶，所述的吸水海绵和导热硅胶探出壳体外，导热硅胶上有多个导流槽。
本实用新型具有体积小、重量轻、除霜除冰速度快、吸水率高、使用方便等优点，适用广大有车一族冬季户外停车适用，尤其适用于东北有车一族的使用。

一种汽车除霜器，包括壳体1，壳体1的后部固定有把手10，壳体1与把手10为一次成型的整体结构，把手10内装设有电路板9，壳体1内装设有轻质铝合金框架3，轻质铝合金框架3的两侧分别通过螺丝固定有端盖5、2，轻质铝合金框架内3充填有绝缘质6，绝缘质6内埋设有加热电阻丝4，电路板9的电压输出端通过导线7与绝缘质6内埋设的加热电阻丝4电连接，电路板9的电源输入端通过导线8与插在汽车点烟器的插头11电连接。轻质铝合金框架3的前端固定有吸水海绵12和导热硅胶13，吸水海绵12和导热硅胶13探出壳体1外，导热硅胶13上有多个导流槽14，导流槽14使融化的冰、霜、雪所形成的水通过导流槽流向两侧，吸水海绵13主要吸收未通过导流槽而残留的积水。

1.一种汽车除霜器，包括壳体，壳体的后部固定有把手，其特征在于所述的把手内装设有电路板，壳体内装设有轻质铝合金框架，轻质铝合金框架的两侧分别通过螺丝固定有端盖，轻质铝合金框架内充填有绝缘质，绝缘质内埋设有加热电阻丝，电路板的电压输出端通过导线与绝缘质内埋设的加热电阻丝电连接，电路板的电源输入端通过导线与插在汽车点烟器的插头电连接，轻质铝合金框架的前端固定有吸水海绵和导热硅胶，所述的吸水海绵和导热硅胶探出壳体外，导热硅胶上有多个导流槽。
