本实用新型涉及钢桶处理技术领域，特别是涉及一种立式钢桶移位输送装置。
背景技术
在旧钢桶的翻新过程中，为了实现机械化生产，采用立式或卧式钢桶翻新处理设备进行钢桶的翻新。
钢桶的翻新需要多道工序配合，上一工序处理后的钢桶需要进入下一工序加工。由于钢桶的滚动特性，对于卧式钢桶翻新处理设备之间的钢桶输送比较方便，可以直接采用滚动方式移位输送。但是，对于立式翻新设备，由于钢桶的体积较大和滚动特性，实现比较困难，目前只能靠人工操作，从一个工序的立式设备送到下一个工序的设备，生产效率低，生产成本高，工人的劳动强度大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种采用机械操作进行移位的立式钢桶移位输送装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种立式钢桶移位输送装置，包括移位电机、移位轴、移位架、连接架、卡具、提升气缸、齿轮和齿条，所述卡具垂直安装于所述连接架上，所述连接架与所述提升气缸的活塞杆连接，所述提升气缸安装于气缸座上，所述气缸座安装于所述移位架上，所述移位架上安装有移位轴，所述移位轴通过传动机构与移位电机连接，所述齿条安装于两立式桶处理设备之间，所述移位轴上安装有与所述齿条啮合的所述齿轮，所述移位电机带动所述齿轮沿所述齿条移动，实现钢桶的移位。
两立式桶处理设备之间安装有移动轨道，所述移位架上安装有与所述移动轨道相配合的滑块或滑轮。
所述齿条与所述移动轨道连接。
所述卡具包括多个卡爪、与所述卡爪数量相同的连接爪、卡盘、连接盘和卡桶气缸，每个所述卡爪与一个所述连接爪相对应组成一组，每个所述连接爪一端与所述连接盘固定连接，每个所述连接爪另一端与相对的所述卡爪铰接，多个所述卡爪分别与所述卡盘铰接，所述卡盘与所述卡桶气缸固定连接。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本实用新型的立式钢桶移位输送装置的示意图如图1和图2所示，包括移位电机1、移位轴2、移位架3、连接架4、卡具5、提升气缸6、齿轮7、齿条8，所述卡具5垂直安装于所述连接架4上，所述连接架4与所述提升气缸6的活塞杆连接，所述提升气缸6安装于气缸座10上，所述气缸座10安装于所述移位架3上，所述移位架3上安装有所述移位轴2，所述移位轴2通过传动机构与所述移位电机1连接，所述齿条8固定安装于两立式桶处理设备之间，所述移位轴2上安装有与所述齿条8啮合的所述齿轮7，所述移位电机1带动所述齿轮7沿所述齿条8移动，实现钢桶的移位。
为了保障移动的稳定性和准确性，两立式桶处理设备之间安装有移动轨道9，所述移位架3上安装有与所述移动轨道相配合的滑块或导轮11。所述齿条8与所述移动轨道9连接。
本实施例中，所述卡具5包括多个卡爪12、与所述卡爪数量相同的连接爪13、卡盘14、连接盘15和卡桶气缸16，每个所述卡爪12与一个所述连接爪13相对应组成一组，每个所述连接爪13一端与所述连接盘15固定连接，每个所述连接爪另一端与相对的所述卡爪12铰接，多个所述卡爪12分别与所述卡盘14铰接，所述卡盘14与所述卡桶气缸16固定连接。所述卡桶气缸16带动卡爪和连接爪开合，实现卡桶和松桶动作。
使用时，卡具抓取钢桶，提升气缸的活塞杆收缩，将钢桶提升到一定高度。移位电机启动，通过传动机构带动移位轴转动，从而带动齿轮沿齿条移动，同时滑块或导轮沿移动轨道移动，保障钢桶移位的稳定性和准确性。到达下一工位处，移位电机停止，提升气缸的活塞杆伸出，将钢桶降低到合适的高度，卡具松开钢桶，进行下一个工序的操作。本实用新型的钢桶移位输送装置实现了两个立式处理设备之间的连接，有利于实现流水线作业，以提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
