Abstract
本实用新型涉及制冷压缩机零部件，是一种防杂质制冷压缩机下壳，具有壳体，其特征在于：在壳体底部冲制有一凸起，该凸起是正对压缩机机芯的油道吸油口布置；此凸起的作用在于，压缩机运转过程中，此凸起能将杂质挡在壳体边缘，防止杂质沿油道系统进入到压缩机机芯内部，引起压缩机卡死或者出现其它故障，极大提高了压缩机的可靠性和安全性，同时增加凸起后，下壳底部刚度增大，壳体不易被运行的振动信号激励，起到降低振动作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及制冷压缩机的零部件，具体是全封闭式电冰箱、冷柜等制冷设备中应用的一种防杂质制冷压缩机壳体。
背景技术
现有全封闭式电冰箱、冷柜等制冷设备的压缩机下壳，通常壳体1的底部设计为中部下凹的储油结构（见图1）或平滑的弧面结构（见图2），其缺点是：如果压缩机内部存在杂质，压缩机运转时，杂质就会在壳体底部中间位置聚集，这样杂质会非常容易沿油道系统的吸油口2进入机芯，对压缩机造成极大地危害。因此，为防止此类故障的发生，需要设计出能避免杂质进入油道系统的壳体。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是对现有制冷压缩机壳体结构进行改进，提供一种防止杂质进入机芯，同时增强机壳刚度，起到控制振动的防杂质制冷压缩机壳体。
本实用新型的具体方案是：针对现有制冷压缩机下壳进行改进，它具有壳体，其特征是：在壳体底部冲制有一凸起，该凸起是正对压缩机机芯的油道吸油口布置。
根据制冷压缩机的常规设计，油道系统中的吸油口通常位于壳体中间位置，因此本实用新型中所述凸起是位于壳体底部的中心处。
本实用新型中所述凸起的高度为5—10mm，外径为10—40mm。
本实用新型中凸起结构在压缩机运行过程中，可将杂质隔离在凸起周边。当压缩机运行时，杂质随润滑油一起运动，向中间聚拢过程中，由于有凸起的阻挡作用，破坏了杂质的正常运行轨迹，杂质与凸起发生碰撞，再次向外围运动或者沿凸起边缘运动，这样就防止了杂质向中间聚拢的趋势，杂质就难以通过吸油口将其带往压缩机各个部件，最终起到防杂质效果。一方面，凸起还可提高壳体刚度，抑制壳体传递振动；其凸起的大小、高度根据壳体外形确定；凸起表面垂直，亦可与表面成一定的角度。加工时，可一次成型，也可用模具二次加工成型。
本实用新型结构简单，制造成本低，防止杂质进入压缩机机芯效果好，从而可提高压缩机使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图3，本实用新型具有壳体1，特别是：在壳体1底部冲制有一凸起3，该凸起3是正对压缩机机芯的油道吸油口布置。
本实施例中所述凸起3是位于壳体1底部的中心处。
本实施例中所述凸起3的高度为6mm，外径为12mm，凸起3的高度和直径可根据不同规格的压缩机壳体分别在5—10mm和10—40mm之间进行选定。
当然，在本实用新型的原理保持不变的情况下，结构的具体细节和形式及大小和位置，形状和方向，可以与本说明书所述的形式不同，均不脱离本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种防杂质制冷压缩机下壳，具有壳体，其特征是：在壳体底部冲制有一凸起，该凸起是正对压缩机机芯的油道吸油口布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防杂质制冷压缩机下壳，其特征在于：所述凸起是位于壳体底部的中心处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防杂质制冷压缩机下壳，其特征在于：所述凸起的高度为5—10mm，外径为10—40mm。
