弹簧托盘是汽车减震系统的重要部件,一端连接减震器,另一端与汽车相连,汽车行驶中产生震动,作用在托盘上,再通过托盘传递给减震器,减缓汽车震动,以往在对弹簧托盘切边时容易产生误差,使产品损坏无法正常使用,浪费材料,有时候切边过后产品容易卡在模具上,不易脱落,人工剥离耽误时间,影响工作效率。
