背景技术
汽车车门密封条不仅能降低噪声和防止风沙、尘土等物质进入车内，而且具有缓解振动，提高乘坐舒适性的作用。车门密封条在安装过程中需要根据饭金件的弧度变化进行弯曲变形，若结构设计不合理，在车门转角处密封条会弯曲起皱，增大了密封不严造成车厢内漏水、环境干扰噪音的风险，并导致车门关闭力的增加。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题：提供一种汽车车门密封条，解决现有的车门密封条在车门转角处易弯曲起皱,影响汽车密封性和导致关门力增加的问题。
本实用新型技术方案：
一种汽车车门密封条，包括海绵泡管、实心胶胶体和镶嵌在实心胶胶体内的钢骨架，海绵泡管的内壁上设有减力槽。
减力槽共有两道，沿着海绵泡管的轴线方向延伸，其位置是海绵泡管受压变形时两端的折叠位置。
钢骨架的两条直边内侧有密封齿，一侧配置3个小齿，另一侧配置一个大齿。
本实用新型有益效果：
增加了两个减力槽后，因为减力槽部位比较薄，只要侧面受到一个比较小的力就可以沿着两个减力槽折叠。可有效减小汽车的关门力，解决了在车门弯角处车门密封条弯曲起皱的问题。
3小齿一大齿的不对称密封齿配置结构相比现有的对称密封齿结构更加节省材料。

具体实施方式：
如图，海绵泡管1和实心胶胶体5连接，钢骨架2镶嵌在U形实心胶胶体5内部，在U形实心胶胶体5内设有密封齿3,在U形实心胶胶体5的另一侧连接唇边6。海绵泡管1的内壁上设有两道减力槽4，减力槽4沿着海绵泡管1的轴线方向延伸，其位置是海绵泡管1受压变形时两端的折叠位置。密封齿3的结构为：钢骨架2内壁的一侧配置3个小齿，另一侧配置一个大齿；其中小齿的高度是钢骨架2宽度的8-12%，大齿高度是钢骨架2宽度的80-90%。

1.一种汽车车门密封条，包括海绵泡管（1）、实心胶胶体（5）和镶嵌在胶体（5）内的钢骨架（2），其特征在于：海绵泡管（1）的内壁上设有减力槽（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车门密封条，其特征在于：减力槽（4）共有两道，沿着海绵泡管（1）的轴线方向延伸，其位置是海绵泡管（1）受压变形时两端的折叠位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车门密封条，其特征在于：钢骨架（2）的两条直边内侧有密封齿（3），一侧配置3个小齿，另一侧配置一个大齿。
