本实用新型公开了一种设有温控装置的无烟煤热风炉,由无烟煤热风炉的壳体及上盖所组成,在壳体的下方设有耐火砖炉膛,炉膛设有炉栅,炉栅的上方为燃烧室,所述的燃烧室旁边连通除渣室,除渣室的下方设有通气孔,连接第一除灰降温室,第一除灰降温室相连第二除灰降温室,第二除灰降温室的下方连通第三除灰降温室,在第三除灰降温室的下方设有与粮食烘干机连接的热风连接口,在壳体内的耐火砖炉膛和燃烧室的外边,还设有余热回收装置,在余热回收装置上设有余热回收通道与热风连接口相通,在第二除灰降温室和在第三除灰降温室内还设有温控装置的测温杆,测温杆连接设于热风炉边上的控制台。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种粮食烘干机的配套设备,尤其是涉及一种设有温控装置的无烟煤热风炉。
背景技术
目前,随着种粮规模不断扩大,种粮大户大都采用谷物烘干机来烘干粮食,目前市面上的谷物烘干机所采用的热源都是用柴油作为燃料,其优点是污染少、易掌握,其缺点是成本高。由于粮食烘干作业用柴油的耗量非常大,当前柴油紧缺,柴油不但难买,成本也高,严重影响谷物的烘干机作业。市面上有的烘干机存在温度难控制的缺陷,温度太低影响烘干效率,温度太高会产生烘焦,造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述粮食烘干机存在温控上的缺点,提供一种使用方便的无烟煤热风炉。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型由无烟煤热风炉的壳体及上盖所组成,在壳体的下方设有耐火砖炉膛,炉膛设有炉栅,炉栅的上方为燃烧室,所述的燃烧室旁边连通除渣室,用来除煤渣、除灰尘,在除渣室的下方设有通气孔,通气孔连接设于壳体内的第一除灰降温室,第一除灰降温室内设有第一除灰降温室隔板,并在第一除灰降温室隔板的另一边的下方设有降温通气孔,降温通气孔连通设于与第一除灰降温室相连的第二除灰降温室,在第二除灰降温室内也设有第二除灰降温室隔板,并在第二除灰降温室的下方连通第三除灰降温室,在第三除灰降温室的下方设有与粮食烘干机连接的热风连接口,在壳体内的耐火砖炉膛和燃烧室的外边,还设有余热回收装置,在余热回收装置上设有余热回收通道与热风连接口相通,在第二除灰降温室和在第三除灰降温室内还设有温控装置的测温杆,测温杆连接设于热风炉边上的控制台。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和创新:(1)设计合理,结构简单。本实用新型采用无烟煤作燃烧,无烟煤在燃烧过程中也会产生烟灰、烟尘和火星,所以在使用过程中要撑握火焰、温度,首先要除烟、除灰、降温。本实用新型采用了独特的设计,设置除灰室、除尘降温室,使热气达到比较干净,温度降至适用于烘干谷物的需要。在热风炉外壳打孔,让外面冷空气进入小孔,带走壳体外的余热,经粮食烘干机连接的热风连接口送入至烘干机。(2)操作方便。本实用新型采用在炉膛进风口加装鼓风机,在第二除灰降温室和在第三除灰降温室内还设有温控装置的测温杆,测温杆连接设于热风炉边上的控制台,当烘干机达到设定温度时,鼓风机停止工作,炉膛内进风量减少,温度降低。
本实用新型适用于粮食烘干。

如图所示,本实用新型由无烟煤热风炉的壳体6及与其组合的上盖1所组成,在壳体6的下方设有耐火砖炉膛12,炉膛12设有炉栅11,炉栅11的上方为燃烧室10,所述的燃烧室10旁边连通除渣室7,用来除煤渣、除灰尘,在除渣室7的下方设有通气孔8,通气孔8连接设于壳体6内的第一除灰降温室5,第一除灰降温室5相连第二除灰降温室3,第二除灰降温室3的下方连通第三除灰降温室2,在第三除灰降温室2的下方设有与粮食烘干机连接的热风连接口9,在壳体6内的耐火砖炉膛12和燃烧室10的外边,还设有余热回收装置,在余热回收装置上设有余热回收通道与热风连接口9相通,在第二除灰降温室3和在第三除灰降温室2内还设有温控装置的测温杆4,测温杆4连接设于热风炉边上的控制台。
本实用新型适用于粮食烘干。
