背景技术
现有生物质颗粒机的进料部分情况分两种:一是压轮上部无分料装置;二是有分料装置,但是固定的,容易起拱,压轮受力不平衡,制料过程不稳定。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种将原料均匀分布在模具内侧,使压轮受力平衡,制料过程更稳定顺畅的生物质颗粒机的分料装置。
     本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种生物质颗粒机的分料装置,在进料斗内的压轮轴上装有分料帽,压轮轴与主轴动力联接。
所述分料帽为锥形体。
在压轮轴上套装有压轮,压轮的下方装有压轮支撑板,压轮支撑板与主轴动力联接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将原料均匀分布在模具内侧,使用压轮受力平衡,制料过程更稳定、顺畅。

以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:
参见图1,一种生物质颗粒机的分料装置,在进料斗7内的压轮轴上装有分料帽6,使分料帽6能随主轴转动,分料帽为锥形体;当原料由进料斗7进入后,落在分料帽6上,原料随着分料帽6转动,由于离心力和重力的作用,将原料甩至模具内侧;轴承座2上方的一侧装有模具1,在压轮支撑板3的上方装有压轮4;当颗粒机工作时,压轮支撑板3与主轴5动力联接,压轮支撑板3随主轴5转动。
使用本实用新型,一是原料可均匀分布在模具内侧,使得压轮受力平稳,提高了压轮使用寿命;二是制料过程平稳,主机电流波动小,提高整机运行的平稳性,相应提高产量;三是分料帽是转动的,有效解决了进料处起拱的问题。
