为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种牧草秸秆压块成型机，其创新点在于：包括驱动机构、主轴、左右挤压轮、成型模盘、水平模孔，驱动机构通过一级传动轮与主轴连接，主轴与左右水平挤压轮的轮轴连接，左右挤压轮的外圆周面上设置水平挤压突，挤压轮外周设置圆环的成型模盘，成型模盘中设置与挤压轮水平挤压突配合的水平模孔，左右水平挤压轮设置在料筒中，所述在成型模盘中、水平模孔的近侧设置环形加热装置。
进一步的所述环形加热装置嵌入于成型模盘中的上模块。
本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型的零部件组成较少，结构简单合理。在成型模盘中上模板内嵌入环形加热装置，当压块机在工作时牧草秸秆经过挤压轮挤压后进入成型模盘内，环形加热装置可以对其进行加热，使其硬度、韧性都降低，从而有利于最后压制成块状,特别适用于牧草秸秆类压块成型。
