本实用新型涉及一种全密封式油缓冲器。包括中空壳体（9），壳体（9）上部设置从壳体（9）中延伸出的活塞（3），活塞（3）下部设支撑活塞（3）的压簧（8），壳体（9）中空的腔体设液压油（10）；活塞上部设顶块（1），壳体（9）腔体上部设和活塞（3）配合的若干道密封，若干道密封将活塞（3）环向抱紧，活塞（3）下部横向延伸出和壳体（9）内壁紧密接触的接触部。本实用新型提供了一种改变螺纹连接方式的、进而能进一步保证其工作性能的全密封式油缓冲器。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全密封式油缓冲器。
背景技术
油缓冲器是断路器机构中的一个重要器件，断路器分闸时，多余的动能由缓冲器吸收，确保分闸平稳无反弹。
常规的油缓冲器大多为螺纹连接（如图2所示），装配而成。难免发生震动造成松动，特别在碰到冲击力比较大的环境时，就更加容易造成松动，而且螺纹连接为刚性连接，相互之间的摩擦较为强烈，也容易产生间隙，或者使活塞运动不能按照预定的方式进行。
上述的问题极容易造成渗漏油，或者活塞及油缓冲器的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种改变螺纹连接方式的、进而能进一步保证其工作性能的全密封式油缓冲器。
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括中空壳体（9），壳体（9）上部设置从壳体（9）中延伸出的活塞（3），活塞（3）下部设支撑活塞（3）的压簧（8），壳体（9）中空的腔体设液压油（10）；活塞上部设顶块（1），壳体（9）腔体上部设和活塞（3）配合的若干道密封，若干道密封将活塞（3）环向抱紧，活塞（3）下部横向延伸出和壳体（9）内壁紧密接触的接触部。
所述若干道密封包括至上而下设置的垫片(4)、橡胶垫（5）、骨架油封（6）和垫块（7）；垫块（7）由设置在壳体（9）上的的凸台限位，垫片（4）由壳体（9）上的端盖限位。
所述顶块（1）和活塞（3）之间设O型圈（2）密封。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型其连接方式改为各密封和活塞之间的弹性接触方式，利用密封形成的弹性抱紧方式实现连接，其受到冲击力时，活塞在克服抱紧力后下行，但密封还存在，且由于采用多到密封方式，故其很好的克服了传统螺纹连接方式出现的漏油现象，确保油缓冲器的工作性能；同时本实用新型在活塞下部亦设置接触部，其目的是为了更好的密封性能，同时使活塞各部受力均匀，使其运动更为平稳，更好的进行缓冲的功能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括中空壳体9，壳体9上部设置从壳体9中延伸出的活塞3，活塞3下部设支撑活塞3的压簧8，壳体9中空的腔体设液压油10；活塞上部设顶块1，壳体9腔体上部设和活塞3配合的若干道密封，若干道密封将活塞3环向抱紧，活塞3下部横向延伸出和壳体9内壁紧密接触的接触部。
所述若干道密封包括至上而下设置的垫片4、橡胶垫5、骨架油封6和垫块7；垫块7由设置在壳体9上的的凸台限位，垫片4由壳体9上的端盖限位。
所述顶块1和活塞3之间设O型圈2密封。
本实用新型的工作过程为：顶块1受到冲击力时，推动活塞3克服各密封的弹性摩擦力及液压油10的液压力，以旋压的方式呈螺旋式的下行，液压油10从出油口出油，从而形成缓冲，当上部的冲击力消失时，液压油10通过回油口回油，继而在压簧8的作用下推动活塞回位，完成一个工作过程。

1.一种全密封式油缓冲器，包括中空壳体（9），壳体（9）上部设置从壳体（9）中延伸出的活塞（3），活塞（3）下部设支撑活塞（3）的压簧（8），壳体（9）中空的腔体设液压油（10）；活塞上部设顶块（1），其特征在于，壳体（9）腔体上部设和活塞（3）配合的若干道密封，若干道密封将活塞（3）环向抱紧，活塞（3）下部横向延伸出和壳体（9）内壁紧密接触的接触部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封式油缓冲器，其特征在于，所述若干道密封包括至上而下设置的垫片(4)、橡胶垫（5）、骨架油封（6）和垫块（7）；垫块（7）由设置在壳体（9）上的的凸台限位，垫片（4）由壳体（9）上的端盖限位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封式油缓冲器，其特征在于，所述顶块（1）和活塞（3）之间设O型圈（2）密封。
