技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手持式电动工具，特别是一种用来对建筑、道路、家庭装璜等进行施工的电镐。
背景技术
电镐是一种广泛应用于管道敷设、机械安装、给排水设施建设、室内装修、港口设施建设和其他建设工程施工的手持式电动工具，可根据需要更换不同型式的镐钎、凿子、铲、削等作业工具，主要对混凝土、砖混结构、路面、砖墙进行破碎、凿平、挖掘、开槽、切削等作业，具有安全可靠、效率高、操作方便等特点，深受广大施工人员的喜爱。但目前市场上的电镐在使用过程中存在以下不足；一是由于电镐由电机带动大齿轮，大齿轮带动曲轴，曲轴通过连杆带动气压活塞，气压活塞通过冲击活塞冲击冲锤带动作业工具工作，工作时需要有良好的润滑，而目前市面上的电镐正常工作短，约150小时就必须加油，否则就会发生“拉缸”现象，导致机器损坏无法使用。为此，许多生产厂家和有识之士针对上述问题进行开发和研究，但至今尚未找到较合理的解决方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有电镐存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、操作使用方便、润滑时间长、润滑效果好的电镐。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案，它包括快装夹头、定位块、冲锤、冲击活塞、气缸箱体、气缸、气压活塞、活塞销、连杆、曲轴、手柄、开关、后罩、机壳、电机、中间盖、大齿轮、曲轴箱体，曲轴可转动地设置在曲轴箱体内，大齿轮固定在曲轴上并与电机输出齿轴啮合，连杆连接在曲轴与气压活塞之间，所述曲轴箱体上并排设有连为一体的副油箱，副油箱通过油孔与曲轴箱体内腔相连通，曲轴箱体及副油箱的顶部对应设有可拆卸的主油箱盖和副油箱盖。
本实用新型进一步方案，所述的副油箱盖上固定有上盖。
本实用新型更进一步方案，所述的气缸箱体上固定有辅助手柄。
采用上述结构后，与现有技术相比有以下优点和效果：一是由于在曲轴箱体上设有连为一体的副油箱，在工作过程中副油箱的润滑油可以慢慢地通过油孔加到曲轴箱体内，可以保证大齿轮、曲轴、气压活塞、冲击活塞得到良好的润滑，润滑效果好，可大大延长产品的使用寿命。二是由于设置了副油箱，加油一次可保证润滑300小时，润滑时间可以延长一倍。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示，为本实用新型电镐的具体实施方案，它包括快装夹头1、定位块2、冲锤3、冲击活塞4、气缸箱体5、气缸6、气压活塞7、活塞销8、连杆9、曲轴11、手柄15、开关16、后罩17、机壳18、电机19、中间盖20、大齿轮21、曲轴箱体22，曲轴11可转动地设置在曲轴箱体22内，大齿轮21固定在曲轴11上并与电机19输出齿轴啮合，连杆9连接在曲轴11与气压活塞7之间，所述曲轴箱体22上并排设有连为一体的副油箱14，副油箱14通过油孔24与曲轴箱体22内腔相连通，曲轴箱体22及副油箱14的顶部对应设有可拆卸的主油箱盖10和副油箱盖12。工作时，按住开关16接通电源，电机19转动，电机19通过大齿轮21带动曲轴11旋转，曲轴11通过连杆9带动气压活塞7往复运动，气压活塞7通过冲击活塞4冲击冲锤3带动固定在快装夹头1上的作业工具工作。
为了使副油箱盖12固定牢固、美观，所述的副油箱盖12上固定有上盖13。为了操作使用方便，所述的气缸箱体5上固定有辅助手柄23。
以上所述，只是本实用新型的一个实施例，并非对本实用新型作出任何形式上的限制，在不脱离本实用新型的技术方案基础上，所作出的简单修改、等同变化或修饰，均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种电镐，包括快装夹头(1)、定位块(2)、冲锤(3)、冲击活塞(4)、气缸箱体(5)、气缸(6)、气压活塞(7)、活塞销(8)、连杆(9)、曲轴(11)、手柄(15)、开关(16)、后罩(17)、机壳(18)、电机(19)、中间盖(20)、大齿轮(21)、曲轴箱体(22)，曲轴(11)可转动地设置在曲轴箱体(22)内，大齿轮(21)固定在曲轴(11)上并与电机(19)输出齿轴啮合，连杆(9)连接在曲轴(11)与气压活塞(7)之间，其特征是：所述曲轴箱体(22)上并排设有连为一体的副油箱(14)，副油箱(14)通过油孔(24)与曲轴箱体(22)内腔相连通，曲轴箱体(22)及副油箱(14)的顶部对应设有可拆卸的主油箱盖(10)和副油箱盖(12)。
