本实用新型椭圆印花机滑车转弯结构涉及印花设备领域,特别是涉及一种能够配合椭圆印花机移动烤箱使用,能保持滑车平稳性的转弯结构。 
背景技术
椭圆印花机是从圆形印花机(通常称“八爪鱼”)演变而来,其性能完全超出圆形机,基本代替了圆形机。圆形印花机由于其结构为圆形,各滑车循环可以通过转圆圈很容易就实现。但椭圆印花机的滑车却要沿着椭圆轨迹循环。一直以来,滑车在通过直导轨转入半圆导轨的时候,总出现滑车不平稳产生左右晃动状况,往往发出较大的噪音,且由于晃动时导向滚轮对导轨产生碰撞损坏零件。 
传统的椭圆印花机,其整台机循环系统包括:滑车、半圆导轨、驱动链轮、直导轨、链条组成。滑车上的孔与链条上的销轴锁紧联接在一起,由驱动链轮旋转带动滑车,滑车上有两排共四个导向滚轮,用来限制滑车沿着直导轨和半圆导轨组成的椭圆轨迹循环跑动。 
由以上结构可以看出,滑车在直导轨路段时,四个导向滚轮和直导轨两侧贴合导向,使滑车平稳运行。但当滑车在经过半圆导轨时,内侧两个导向滚轮与半圆导轨内圆弧相干涉。为了避免干涉,于是在半圆导轨的上面设计了避空台阶,这个避空导致了导向轮与半圆导轨之间是有一定间隙的,而由于滑车1旋转时离心力的作用,会产生一个往外甩的力,再加上自重的摩擦阻力,就发生左右晃动,导向滚轮由于晃动撞击导轨发出噪音,且容易损伤导轨或滚轮。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述问题,提供一种使滑车在直导轨和弯导轨上滑动都能保持平稳的椭圆印花机滑车转弯结构。 
本实用新型椭圆印花机滑车转弯结构,包括滑车、半圆导轨、驱动链轮、直导轨、链条、滑轮,两端直导轨与两端半圆导轨分别连接,形成密闭椭圆形导轨,滑车设在导轨上,滑车上设有滑轮,链条连接在滑车上,链条配合驱动链轮工作。 
本实用新型能够使滑车在直导轨和弯导轨上滑动都能保持平稳状态。

如附图1所示,椭圆印花机滑车转弯结构主要包括滑车、半圆导轨、驱动链轮、直导轨、链条、滑轮,两端直导轨与两端半圆导轨分别连接,形成密闭椭圆形导轨,滑车设在导轨上,滑车上设有滑轮,链条连接在滑车上,链条配合驱动链轮工作。 
半圆导轨2不再带避空台阶,即使在转弯时,滑车1上的滑轮6依然和半圆导轨2两侧贴合,以保证平稳转弯。由于强行使滑车1上的滑轮6与导轨内侧贴合,转弯过程中链条上的销轴与滑车1上的安装孔的相对位置将发生变化,为了迁就这个相对位移,滑车1上与链条5销轴联接的安装孔设计成腰形长孔,销轴与腰形孔之间为间隙配合,销轴在里面可以前后滑移。这样无论滑车1在直导轨4或者是在半圆导轨2上,滑车1都能稳定运行,不再产生晃动与噪音。只是运行过程中链条5的销轴在滑车1腰形安装孔内滑移而已。
