现有的装在抽油机配重箱底部滑道内的滑块中的轴截面为圆形，轴圆周表面各点与轴心的距离完全相等，轴的两端与链条连接，在配重箱运行到最高点和最低点需要转换方向时，转动不灵敏，影响配重箱运动方向的转换。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种偏心轴，装有该偏心轴的配重箱转换方向时转动灵敏，有利于配重箱运动方向的转换。
上述目的是这样实现的：轴的中间段是偏心的，中间段的圆周表面到轴心的最大半径比最小半径大10mm，偏心的中间段两侧都有槽，两端轴头附近的轴上都有链槽，每个链槽内都固定有两个链销。
安装使用方法及优点：使用时将偏心轴的中间段(即偏心段)装在抽油机配重箱底部滑道内的滑块中(该偏心轴与配重箱滑道垂直设置)，在中间段两侧的槽内装挡环，以防止轴向两侧移动，轴每端链槽内的两个链销都分别与一个链条的两端连接，链条套装在抽油机机架上的大链轮和小链轮上，大链轮由电机带动转动时，该偏心轴随链条绕大、小链轮运动，带动配重箱上、下运动。由于该偏心轴装在滑块内的部分是偏心的，偏心轴运动到小链轮上方时，偏心轴中间段半径最大的一面朝下，偏心轴运动到大链轮下方时，偏心轴中间段半径最大的一面朝上。优点是配重箱转换方向时转动灵敏，有利于配重箱运动方向的转换。
