气门振动盘上料机分料装置，包括分料轨道支架、固定三角板、分料滑动板、气缸固定板、气缸，分料轨道支架的中间有一固定三角板，固定三角板背面上的卡杆卡在分料滑动板上的滑动槽中，固定三角板的下端与气缸固定板相固定，气缸与分料滑动板相连。本实用新型的优点：本装置能够将振动盘上料机的送料轨道分成两条，这样一台振动盘上料机可以对两台加工设备供料，大大的节约了成本，节约了劳动力，提高了经济效益。

背景枝术
目前，国内的气门件制造加工企业在生产中，使用振动盘上料机对加工设备进行供料时，都是一台振动盘上料机对一台加工设备单独供料，多台加工设备需要使用多台振动盘上料机。这样不仅需要大量的上料机，而且需要很多的工人，企业的生产成本增大，经济效益得不到提升。

针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种气门振动盘上料机分料装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：气门振动盘上料机分料装置，包括分料轨道支架、固定三角板、分料滑动板、气缸固定板、气缸，其特征在于：分料轨道支架的中间有一固定三角板，固定三角板背面上的卡杆卡在分料滑动板上的滑动槽中，固定三角板的下端与气缸固定板相固定，气缸与分料滑动板相连。
本实用新型的优点：本装置能够将振动盘上料机的送料轨道分成两条，这样一台振动盘上料机可以对两台加工设备供料，大大的节约了成本，节约了劳动力，提高了经济效益。

如图1所示，分料轨道支架1的中间有一固定三角板2，固定三角板2背面上的卡杆201卡在分料滑动板3上的滑动槽301中，固定三角板2的下端与气缸固定板4相固定，气缸5与分料滑动板3相连。
