一种振动给料装置，除由料斗（1）、格栅（3）组成外，其不同之处在于所述的格栅（3）下方料斗（1）上两对边连接弹簧（2），料斗（1）的另两对边连接振动电机（4），因而，简单易行，应用方便，结实耐用，特别适合于粉状并有粘性的物料给料使用。

本实用新型涉及一种给料装置，特别是一种选冶给矿用的带振动功能的给料装置
背景技术：
目前，我国选冶给料时，由于矿的颗粒很细且极具粘性，往往使物料在整个料斗中堆积结块，不易下料，严重影响了正常生产。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种简单易行，实用方便，使物料能顺畅均匀的从料斗流出的振动给料装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种振动给料装置，由料斗、格栅组成，其特征在于所述的格栅下方料斗上两对边连接弹簧，料斗的另两对边连接振动电机。
本实用新型的一个最佳实施方案为：所述的弹簧为振动弹簧，它为两根直径150㎜、高为450㎜的弹簧。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
由于采用了格栅下方料斗上两对边连接弹簧，料斗的另两对边连接振动电机的结构形式，因而，在振动电机的作用下不停的均匀的振动，保证了料斗内物料流出的稳定性和松散性，避免了物料之间的粘结，且因为弹簧的柔性连接，保证了加料平台及基础不会产生共振。

具体实施方式：
料斗1上两对边焊接上弹簧2，弹簧2为振动弹簧，其外径为150㎜，高为450㎜，它的上端连接格栅3，格栅3为外径18㎜的圆钢间距为150㎜，在料斗1的另两个对边上分别焊接上振动电机4，振动电机4功率为2.2KW。
使用时，物料经行车抓斗抓到格栅上，在振动电机与弹簧的配合下缓慢的落入下层的搅拌槽内，保证了物料输出的稳定性和连续性，杜绝了物料之间的粘结。

1.一种振动给料装置，由料斗（1）、格栅（3）组成，其特征在于所述的格栅（3）下方料斗（1）上两对边连接弹簧（2），料斗（1）的另两对边连接振动电机（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动加料装置，其特征在于所述的弹簧（2）为振动弹簧，它为两根直径150㎜、高为450㎜的弹簧。
