目前，国内的气门件制造加工企业在使用电镦机对气门杆棒材进行电镦做坨时，由于现有的电镦机温度不好控制，做出来的坨形不好，这样加工成的气门盘容易出现折纹，影响产品质量。

针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种电镦机，解决现有机器的坨形不好控制的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：电镦机，包括升降液压缸、托板、顶杆、导轨、弹性夹紧电极、耐高温电极、配电机构、无级可调变压器，其特征在于：机体下部的升降液压缸与托板固定，托板上固定有顶杆，托板在导轨上滑动；顶杆的上方机体上设有弹性夹紧电极，弹性夹紧电极的上方设有耐高温电极；机体的侧面设有配电机构，配电机构内设有无级可调变压器。
本实用新型的优点：本装置通过改进，使得温度控制更好，托板的加入也使得加工时对气门杆的支撑更稳定，做出的坨形好，便于后续气门盘成型的加工，不易出现折纹，提高了产品质量。

如图1所示，机体下部的升降液压缸1与托板2固定，托板2上固定有顶杆3，托板2在导轨4上滑动；顶杆3的上方机体上设有弹性夹紧电极5，弹性夹紧电极5的上方设有耐高温电极6；机体的侧面设有配电机构7，配电机构7内设有无级可调变压器8。
