背景技术
目前,国内外的手机制造厂内,手机屏软排折弯穿线贴合都是通过手工完成,其出错率很高,生产效率低,浪费率高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统,它能够用于对多种手机屏进行软排折弯穿线与贴合,替代了传统手工装配作业,提高了生产效率,降低了出错率,提高了企业效益。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统,它包括机器人连接板,所述机器人连接板顶部设置有两个Y方向滑台,所述两个Y方向滑台上均设置有X方向滑台,所述X方向滑台上设置有智能相机,所述机器人连接板底部设置有中部连接件,所述中部连接件底部设置有吸盘与气缸安装板,所述吸盘与气缸安装板顶部设置有第一气缸和第二气缸,所述第一气缸和第二气缸呈90°夹角布置,所述第一气缸活塞杆端设置有第一折弯组件,所述第二气缸活塞杆端设置有第二折弯组件,所述吸盘与气缸安装板底部设置有四个吸盘。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型一种机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统,它包括机器人连接板1,所述机器人连接板1顶部设置有两个Y方向滑台3,所述两个Y方向滑台3上均设置有X方向滑台4,所述X方向滑台4上设置有智能相机5,所述机器人连接板1底部设置有中部连接件2,所述中部连接件2底部设置有吸盘与气缸安装板6,所述吸盘与气缸安装板6顶部设置有第一气缸7和第二气缸9,所述第一气缸7和第二气缸9呈90°夹角布置,所述第一气缸7活塞杆端设置有第一折弯组件8,所述第二气缸9活塞杆端设置有第二折弯组件10,所述吸盘与气缸安装板6底部设置有四个吸盘11。
所述第一折弯组件8和第二折弯组件10可在竖直方向和水平方向上滑动调整,可对不同种手机的软排线进项折弯穿线,上部X和Y方向的滑台可对照相机进行调整,配合折弯穿线组件对不同种类手机进行装配。
工作原理:
参见图3,工作时将手机屏放于手机屏夹具上,手机壳放于手机壳夹具上,四自由度机器人控制机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统到达手机屏上方,通过吸盘将手机屏抓起,通过水平气缸和垂直气缸控制第一折弯组件和第二折弯组件对手机软排进行折弯,然后穿线进入手机壳,穿线完成后贴合,然后到达压合装置下压合,完成后推出。

1.一种机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统,其特征在于:它包括机器人连接板(1),所述机器人连接板(1)底部设置有中部连接件(2),所述中部连接件(2)底部设置有吸盘与气缸安装板(6),所述吸盘与气缸安装板(6)顶部设置有第一气缸(7)和第二气缸(9),所述第一气缸(7)和第二气缸(9)呈90°夹角布置,所述第一气缸(7)活塞杆端设置有第一折弯组件(8),所述第二气缸(9)活塞杆端设置有第二折弯组件(10),所述吸盘与气缸安装板(6)底部设置有四个吸盘(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机器人手机天线折弯和引导穿孔系统,其特征在于:所述机器人连接板(1)顶部设置有两个Y方向滑台(3),所述两个Y方向滑台(3)上均设置有X方向滑台(4),所述X方向滑台(4)上设置有智能相机(5)。
