本实用新型涉及一种封口设备，具体的说是一种农药瓶旋盖机。
背景技术
旋盖机用于塑料瓶、玻璃瓶分装后的瓶盖旋紧和旋松设备，旋盖机在旋盖之前需要通过传送装置将瓶体传送入旋盖装置内，现有的传送装置一般是分布在瓶体三侧的三条传送带，这一传送机构的缺点在于：玻璃或塑料瓶的外表面光滑，传送带虽然夹紧瓶体仍然容易打滑，造成瓶体歪斜，无法旋盖，其次，由于旋盖机构在旋盖时有一定的时间间隔，因此，需要瓶体之间有一定距离，而现有的传送带无法将瓶体分隔等距的距离。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决上述问题提供了一种不容易打滑且能使两瓶体之间留有一定间隙的农药瓶旋盖机。
本实用新型为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 一种农药瓶旋盖机，包括机架、设置在机架上的瓶体传送装置和旋盖机构，所述的旋盖机构位于瓶体传送装置的一侧，其特征在于：所述的瓶体传送装置包括设置在瓶体下方的传送带和设置在瓶体两侧的侧传送带，所述的传送带与侧传送带分别套装在水平设置和竖直设置的转轴上，所述侧传送带的外侧套装环状的调距带，所述调距带一面为山脊状，另一面为平滑状，且调距带平滑的一面朝向内侧贴合到侧传送带上，所述调距带山脊状一面的两山峰处之间的直线距离相同。
由于采用了上述结构，本实用新型所述的一种农药瓶旋盖机在传送过程中能将两瓶体间隔一定距离，且不会使瓶体打滑，使旋盖更方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型所述的一种农药瓶旋盖机，包括机架1、设置在机架1上的瓶体传送装置和旋盖机构2，所述的旋盖机构2位于瓶体传送装置的一侧，所述瓶体传送装置一端延伸到旋盖机构2内，将瓶体传送入旋盖机构，所述的瓶体传送装置包括设置在瓶体下方的传送带3和设置在瓶体两侧的侧传送带4，所述的传送带3与侧传送带4分别套装在水平设置和竖直设置的转轴上，所述的转轴通过电机带动旋转，所述的传送带3与侧传送带4将瓶体夹紧，防止瓶体在传送过程中乱窜，所述侧传送带4的外侧套装环状的调距带5，所述调距带5可拆卸的套装在侧传送带4外侧，所述调距带5一面为山脊状，另一面为平滑状，且调距带5平滑的一面朝向内侧贴合到侧传送带4上，山脊状的一面朝向外侧，与瓶体贴合，所述调距带5山脊状一面的两山峰处之间的直线距离相同，所述瓶体在传送过程中位于两山峰中间的凹处，通过两山峰的夹紧作用，可有效防止瓶体与传送带打滑，且山峰具有一定的厚度，使两瓶体之间有一定的距离，山峰的厚度可调，因此，两瓶体之间的距离远近可以调节。

1.一种农药瓶旋盖机，包括机架（1）、设置在机架（1）上的瓶体传送装置和旋盖机构（2），所述的旋盖机构（2）位于瓶体传送装置的一侧，其特征在于：所述的瓶体传送装置包括设置在瓶体下方的传送带（3）和设置在瓶体两侧的侧传送带（4），所述的传送带（3）与侧传送带（4）分别套装在水平设置和竖直设置的转轴上，所述侧传送带（4）的外侧套装环状的调距带（5），所述调距带（5）一面为山脊状，另一面为平滑状，且调距带（5）平滑的一面朝向内侧贴合到侧传送带（4）上，所述调距带（5）山脊状一面的两山峰处之间的直线距离相同。
