技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种催化燃油减排装置。
背景技术
现有内燃机主要以柴油机和汽油机为主,其燃料分别为柴油、汽油,无论柴油、还是汽油在内燃机都很难充分燃烧,其燃烧废气中含有一氧化碳、一氧化氮等气体和少量烟尘。一方面造成内燃机耗油大,另一方面也污染了环境。
为此,国内外许多学者和专家致力于对车、船、民用及工业用燃料的研究。目前对燃料燃烧的处理方法主要为二大类:一是对燃料燃烧后尾气的处理,另一类为对燃料本身的处理,目标在于使燃料能得到充分利用,减少尾气对环境的污染。CN1072107A专利申请公开了一种稀土复合氧化物型三元催化剂及制备方法,该催化剂使用三种载体材料:A.γ-氧化铝颗粒;B.铝硅酸盐颗粒;C.荲青石蜂窝载体,以稀土金属和过渡金属、碱土金属氧化物为活性组分的低温催化及高温催化新型三元(CO、HC、NOx)催化剂,具有良好的催化活性,适用于工业废气净化及含铅汽油排气净化。英国《Eureka》(No.1(1997)p27~28)上介绍利用磁性改善燃油的燃烧特征,以提高燃油的燃烧效果。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种催化燃油减排装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本催化燃油减排装置包括外壳,该外壳中空,其两端分别为进口和出口,其特征在于:所述外壳内含永磁体圆筒,该永磁体圆筒内外圆周面分别为其两极,该永磁体圆筒内充满贵金属催化模块,其两端分别设有栅板,每个贵金属催化模块表层均设有贵金属催化层。如此设计,燃油经过时,强磁极化和贵金属催化同时进行,效果更好。
作为优化,所述贵金属催化模块呈球形,其表面均匀开有多个沟槽。如此设计,沟槽增大了燃油与贵金属催化模块的接触面积,有助于加强催化效果。
作为优化,所述贵金属催化模块呈齿轮状,其表面均匀开有多个纵向齿槽,其中心开有通孔。如此设计,便于加工。
本实用新型催化燃油减排装置具有成本低、寿命长、节油减排效果明显的优点,广泛适用于各种内燃机。

实施方式一:如图1所示,本催化燃油减排装置包括外壳1,该外壳1中空,其两端分别为进口2和出口3,其特征在于:所述外壳1内含永磁体圆筒101,该永磁体圆筒101内、外圆周面分别为其两极,该永磁体圆筒内101充满贵金属催化模块4,其两端分别设有栅板5,每个贵金属催化模块4表层均设有贵金属催化层。
所述贵金属催化模块4呈球形,其表面均匀开有多个沟槽6,如图2所示。
实施方式二:如图3所示:所述贵金属催化模块4呈齿轮状,其表面均匀开有多个纵向齿槽7,其中心开有通孔8,其余如实施方式一所述。

1.一种催化燃油减排装置,包括外壳,该外壳中空,其两端分别为进口和出口,其特征在于:所述外壳内含永磁体圆筒,该永磁体圆筒内外圆周面分别为其两极,该永磁体圆筒内充满贵金属催化模块,其两端分别设有栅板,每个贵金属催化模块表层均设有贵金属催化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的催化燃油减排装置,其特征在于:所述贵金属催化模块呈球形,其表面均匀开有多个沟槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的催化燃油减排装置,其特征在于:所述贵金属催化模块呈齿轮状,其表面均匀开有多个纵向齿槽,其中心开有通孔。
