众所周知,钢材在输送或储存过程中会发生形变,为了保证由板材加工的产品的质量,需要板材达到一定的平整度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提出一种钢材整平机,结构简单,操作方便,提高板材的平整度。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该整平机包括电机、变速箱、齿轮箱、连轴器和机体组成,电机通过变速箱连接齿轮箱,齿轮箱通过连轴器连接在机体上;所述的机体包括钢支架,钢支架安装底座上,下辊轴安装在两侧的钢支架上,连轴器通过轴连接下辊轴,钢支架上方安装液压泵,液压泵的液压杆上安装上辊轴,液压泵通过油路管构成液压回路。
其中,底座上安装调节支架,调节支架上安装螺纹杆,螺纹杆的下方安装辊轴。
本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,通过相互配合的上辊轴和下辊轴挤压板材调节平整度,机械化作业,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,该整平机包括电机1、变速箱2、齿轮箱3、连轴器4和机体5组成,电机1通过变速箱2连接齿轮箱3,齿轮箱3通过连轴器4连接在机体5上;所述的机体5包括钢支架6,钢支架6安装底座8上,下辊轴9安装在两侧的钢支架6上,连轴器4通过轴连接下辊轴9,钢支架6上方安装液压泵10,液压泵10的液压杆15上安装上辊轴11,液压泵10通过油路管12构成液压回路。
其中,底座8上安装调节支架7,调节支架7上安装螺纹杆13,螺纹杆13的下方安装辊轴14。
使用时,启动电机1,经变速箱2、齿轮箱3、连轴器4让下辊轴9转动,将钢材放在下辊轴9上,钢材随下辊轴9移动,通过液压泵10的液压杆15下压上辊轴11,通过相互配合的上辊轴和下辊轴挤压板材调节平整度;为了防止后期卷材量变少而引起卷材张开,通过螺纹杆13调节辊轴14达到一个适宜高度,保证开出平整的板材。

1.钢材整平机,其特征是:该整平机包括电机(1)、变速箱(2)、齿轮箱(3)、连轴器(4)和机体(5)组成,电机(1)通过变速箱(2)连接齿轮箱(3),齿轮箱(3)通过连轴器(4)连接在机体(5)上;所述的机体(5)包括钢支架(6),钢支架(6)安装底座(8)上,下辊轴(9)安装在两侧的钢支架(6)上,连轴器(4)通过轴连接下辊轴(9),钢支架(6)上方安装液压泵(10),液压泵(10)的液压杆(15)上安装上辊轴(11),液压泵(10)通过油路管(12)构成液压回路。
