[0023] 综上所述,本实用新型通过电流检测电路40、电芯电压检测电路50、温度检测电路100、环境温度检测电路110等检测相应的电池电流信号、电压信号、电池温度信号及环境温度信号等,MCU控制芯片20对上述电池电流信号、电压信号、电池温度信号及环境温度信号等进行分析处理对比,最终输出控制信号至告警模块90及通信模块80,通过通信模块80将告警信息发送至上位机,实现电芯组10的充放电状态、电芯组10过充/过流告警、电芯组10放电欠压/过流告警、电芯充电过压告警、电芯放电欠压告警、电芯组10极性反接告警、环境/电芯组10/PCBA/电池高温告警、环境低温告警、电芯组10容量过低告警等等,如此,便于对电池进行远程监控管理,保证电池的正常工作等。

Claims (6)
1.一种通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,与所述上位机进行通信,其特征在于:它包括电芯组、MCU控制芯片、供电电路、电流检测电路、电芯电压检测电路、充电控制电路、放电控制电路、通信模块、告警模块及输出端子,其中, 所述供电电路的输入端与所述电芯组连接,输出端与所述MCU控制芯片及通信模块连接,为所述MCU控制芯片及通信模块供电;所述电流检测电路与所述电芯组及MCU控制芯片连接,用以检测电芯组的电流;所述电芯电压检测电路与所述电芯组及MCU控制芯片连接,用以检测电芯组中单个电芯的电压; 所述充电控制电路及放电控制电路分别与所述电芯组、MCU控制芯片及输出端子连接,用以对所述电芯组进行充电和放电控制,所述通信模块及告警模块分别与所述MCU控制芯片连接,MCU控制芯片将所述电流检测电路采集的电流信号及电芯电压检测电路采集的电压信号进行分析对比后,输出控制信号至告警模块进行告警,同时,通过所述通信模块将告警信息发送至所述上位机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,其特征在于:还包括温度检测电路及环境温度检测电路,所述温度检测电路与所述电芯组及MCU控制芯片连接,用以检测所述电芯组的温度,所述环境温度检测电路与所述MCU控制芯片连接,用以检测环境温度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,其特征在于:进一步包括电芯组电压检测电路,所述电芯组电压检测电路与所述输出端子及MCU控制芯片连接,用以检测电芯组的输出电压。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,其特征在于:更进一步包括充放电保护电路,所述充放电保护电路与所述电流检测电路、MCU控制芯片及输出端子连接,用以对电芯组充放电进行过流和/或过压保护。
5.根据权利要求1所述的通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,其特征在于:再进一步包括电池均衡电路,所述电池均衡电路与所述电芯组及MCU控制芯片连接,用以对所述电芯组中各个电芯进行电压调整,以使各个电芯电压均衡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的通信用磷酸铁锂电池远程通信告警设备,其特征在于:所述通信模块具有RS-485接口及以太网接口。
