本实用新型涉及一种用于罗茨真空泵或其它设备中工作腔与油箱之间进行密封油而不密封气的机械式油封，属于机械制造领域。
背景技术
当前，罗茨真空泵中工作腔与油箱之间使用的密封都是活塞环密封或钢套密封，此密封的缺点是相互摩擦、易于损坏、高真空下封油效果不好，造成罗茨真空泵在用户使用过程中影响不好，罗茨泵工作腔与油箱之间密封问题成为本领域技术人员急待解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是设计一种适合罗茨真空泵工作腔与油箱之间密封的产品，解决目前罗茨真空泵易损坏、易漏油的现状，提供一种在使用过程中无磨损、完全密封油而不密封气的机械式油封。
为实现以上技术目的，本实用新型机械式油封的技术方案是：由静环、静环外槽、动环、O型圈A、垫片、动环内槽、O型圈B、O型圈C组成；静环外槽装上O型圈A，然后镶在静环钢板上，与静环钢板成为一体是静止的，静环上装有垫片。动环内槽装上O型圈B，和轴零线装配成为一体是运动的，动环与静环之间装上O型圈C装配在一起，形成机械式油封。动环与静环相对旋转，互不摩擦，动环旋转甩起的油会顺着动环与静环外圈之间的槽留回油箱，能很好的密封油箱内的油。工作的时候工作腔内是负压，垫片被吸开，油箱与工作腔之间可以通气，使油箱与工作腔之间保持压力平衡，巧妙的达到封油而不封气的目的。当停机的时候，工作腔内是正压，油箱内是负压，垫片被压紧，使工作腔与油箱隔离，防止工作腔内的腐蚀性气体进入油箱，污染油箱内的润滑油。
有益效果：本实用新型机械式油封有如下优点：解决目前罗茨真空泵易损坏、易漏油的现状，提供一种在使用过程中无磨损、完全密封油而不密封气的机械式油封。适合罗茨真空泵等设备使用，也可用于别的泵类，寿命非常长，接近十年。具有良好的市场前景。

具体实施方法
下面结合附图对本实用新型机械式油封做进一步说明。
本实用新型机械式油封，由静环1、静环外槽2、动环3、O型圈A4、垫片5、动环内槽6、O型圈B7、O型圈C8组成；静环外槽2装上O型圈A4，然后镶在静环钢板上，与静环钢板成为一体是静止的，静环1上装有垫片5。动环内槽6装上O型圈B7，和轴零线装配成为一体是运动的，动环3与静环1之间装上O型圈C8装配在一起，形成机械式油封。动环3与静环1相对旋转，互不摩擦，动环3旋转甩起的油会顺着动环3与静环1外圈之间的槽留回油箱，能很好的密封油箱内的油。工作的时候工作腔内是负压，垫片5被吸开，油箱与工作腔之间可以通气，使油箱与工作腔之间保持压力平衡，巧妙的达到封油而不封气的目的。当停机的时候，工作腔内是正压，油箱内是负压，垫片5被压紧，使工作腔与油箱隔离，防止工作腔内的腐蚀性气体进入油箱，污染油箱内的润滑油。

1.机械式油封，其特征在于由静环（1）、静环外槽（2）、动环（3）、O型圈A（4）、垫片（5）、动环内槽（6）、O型圈B（7）、O型圈C（8）组成；静环外槽（2）装上O型圈A（4），然后镶在静环（1）钢板上，静环（1）上装有垫片（5）；动环内槽（6）装上O型圈B（7），动环（3）与静环（1）之间装上O型圈C（8）。
