背景技术
目前，平衡轴齿轮装配过程中，由于装备精度较高，部分齿轮可能会压装过深，造成止推槽过窄，影响止推片装配，这时候就需要将齿轮推掉，重新压装，传统的退齿轮方法主要是锤击，极易对轴造成破坏，并且费时，费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单且使用方便的平衡轴退齿轮工装。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种平衡轴退齿轮工装，包括螺栓杆、支撑架和固定爪，所述的的螺栓杆安装于支撑架的中心位置，固定爪为“L”型，一端设有方形通孔，并通过方形通孔与支撑架滑动连接。
进一步，所述的支撑架两端边缘设有限位销钉。
本实用新型所述的平衡轴退齿轮工装的有益效果是:本新型主要用于平衡轴上齿轮的退却，与齿轮的接触面大，不损伤平衡轴和齿轮的表面，同时结构简单，易于生产和加工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种平衡轴退齿轮工装，包括螺栓杆1、支撑架2和固定爪3，所述的螺栓杆1安装于支撑架2的中心位置，固定爪3为“L”型，一端设有方形通孔4，并通过方形通孔4与支撑架2滑动连接。支撑架2两端边缘设有限位销钉5。在使用时候，螺栓杆1的端面紧贴平衡轴6的轴端面，固定爪3通过方形通孔4在支撑架2上调整好位置，固定爪3的爪端紧贴齿轮7下端面。

1.一种平衡轴退齿轮工装，其特征在于：包括螺栓杆、支撑架和固定爪，所述的的螺栓杆安装于支撑架的中心位置，固定爪为“L”型，一端设有方形通孔，并通过方形通孔与支撑架滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴退齿轮工装，其特征在于：所述的支撑架两端边缘设有限位销钉。
