背景技术
在TFT-LCD 玻璃基板生产过程中，烟气除尘系统收集的粉尘都存放在灰斗中，需要操作人员定时启动星型卸灰阀进行排灰。玻璃粉尘很容易吸水板结堆积在排灰口处造成不能排灰，经常需要打开检修人孔进行清灰作业。现阶段灰斗人孔主要以法兰配合盲板的密封形式，开启和关闭都需要拆卸近二十个螺栓螺母，并且石棉密封垫很容易损坏需要经常更换。在打开检修人孔进行清灰作业过程中，极易造成扬尘现象，这种含有剧毒的粉尘一旦进入外界环境，既危害人体健康又污染大气环境。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决在除尘器灰斗清灰作业中人孔启闭繁琐、有毒粉尘不易收集的技术问题，设计了一种集尘灰斗的排灰式检修人孔短节装置，通过设置排灰孔实现排灰作业功能。有效解决了灰斗清灰作业中出现的污染环境、排灰口堵塞等技术问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是，一种集尘灰斗的排灰式检修人孔短节装置，结构中包括与集尘灰斗连通的人孔短节及设置在人孔短节自由端口处的端口密封组件，其关键是：所述人孔短节的管壁上设有检修排灰孔，检修排灰孔处设有常闭密封组件。
本实用新型中，检修门借助于铰链组件与人孔短节连接，安装在人孔短节上的锁紧机构通过检修门上的U型槽将检修门压紧密封，设置在排灰孔中的密封组件实现排灰孔的启闭。

所述常闭密封组件中包括：限位端与检修排灰孔6连通的排灰短节5-1、设置在排灰短节5-1卸料端的翻板阀组件5-2。
所述翻板阀组件5-2是带有限位结构的手动阀门。
所述人孔短节3的端口密封组件中包括：密封设置在人孔短节3端口上的检修门1，检修门1借助铰链组件与人孔短节3形成以铰链组件为转动中心的旋转自由度，并借助锁紧机构限位。
所述锁紧机构的结构中包括：设置在人孔短节3上的锁紧组件及配套设置在检修门1上的U型限位槽，所述锁紧组件中包括：设置在人孔短节3上的安装座2-3、限位端借助销轴及开口销限位在安装座2-3上的活节螺栓2-2以及与活结螺栓2-2的活动端借助螺纹连接的环形螺母2-1。
所述锁紧机构设有4组，对称设置在检修门1的上端及下端。
所述检修门1包括端盖1-1、设置于端盖内的石棉橡胶块1-2。
所述铰链组件包括分别焊接在端盖1-1和人孔短节3外侧的轴耳4-1和穿过轴耳4-1上的孔的轴4-2。

现举出本实用新型的最佳实施例：检修排灰操作时，先将环形螺母2-1拧松，打开检修门1，将翻板阀组件5-2旋转至导通状态，利用清灰工具将有毒粉尘通过检修排灰孔6排至密封包装袋内；检修完成后关闭操作时，将检修门1绕轴4-2旋转闭合，再将活节螺栓2-2绕销轴旋转至端盖1-1的U型槽位置，紧固环形螺母2-1，将翻板阀组件5-2旋转使检修排灰孔6进入密封状态。

1.一种集尘灰斗的排灰式检修人孔短节装置，结构中包括与集尘灰斗（0）连通的人孔短节（3）及设置在人孔短节（3）自由端口处的端口密封组件，其特征在于：所述人孔短节（3）的管壁上设有检修排灰孔（6），检修排灰孔（6）处设有常闭密封组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集尘灰斗的排灰式检修人孔短节装置，其特征在于：所述常闭密封组件中包括：限位端与检修排灰孔（6）连通的排灰短节（5-1）、设置在排灰短节（5-1）卸料端的翻板阀组件（5-2）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集尘灰斗的排灰式检修人孔短节装置，其特征在于：所述翻板阀组件（5-2）是带有限位结构的手动阀门。
