本实用新型涉及一种帘布式橡胶履带。
背景技术
目前，橡胶履带被普遍的运用，橡胶履带一般都是采用钢丝帘线层作为骨架，但是单纯的钢丝帘线层其中的帘线与帘线之间没有拉紧力，当橡胶履带在长时间后，钢丝帘线层容易变形或拉断导致整个橡胶履带被撕裂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术的上述不足，提出了一种帘布式橡胶履带。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种帘布式橡胶履带，包括履带本体，所述履带本体下端具有花纹层，内部设有钢丝帘线层，所述的钢丝帘线层内复合交错包覆着一层帘子布。
在一实施例中，所述的钢丝帘线层的下部也设有一层帘子布。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在钢丝帘线层内复合交错着一层帘子布，这样就将钢丝帘线层的帘线与帘线相互拉紧，增加了钢丝帘线层的抗弯曲疲劳性，保证了钢丝帘线层不会变形，也就防止了橡胶履带被撕裂。

下面结合附图和实施例对实用新型进行详细的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型提出的种帘布式橡胶履带，包括履带本体1，履带本体1下端具有花纹层2，内部设有钢丝帘线层3；相比传统的橡胶履带，本实用新型的改进点在于在钢丝帘线层3内复合交错包覆着一层帘子布4，而且钢丝帘线层3的下部也设有一层帘子布4。
在本实用新型中，交织的帘子布4将钢丝帘线层3牢牢的拉紧在一起，增加了整个钢丝帘线层3抗弯曲疲劳性，设置在钢丝帘线层3的下部的帘子布4同时增加了整个履带本体1的抗弯曲疲劳性和抗拉疲劳性。

1.一种帘布式橡胶履带，包括履带本体（1），所述履带本体（1）下端具有花纹层（2），内部设有钢丝帘线层（3），其特征在于：所述的钢丝帘线层（3）内复合交错包覆着一层帘子布（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的帘布式橡胶履带，其特征在于：所述的钢丝帘线层（3）的下部也设有一层帘子布（4）。
